The moment you swing those glorious glass doors open, your nose is doused with that unmistakably glorious scent of cinnamon! The place is clean. The staff is polite. Also, you can tell that the owner has put a lot of effort into the concept of this place. Well done for the first impression!
I ordered two rolls. For the first roll, I ordered extra frosting- no toppings. It was DELICIOUS! I pretty much asked to be drowned in frosting, and they obliged. I didn't feel judged like I have at some places when I make a request for EXTRA EXTRA frosting. Speaking of, I was able to sample their frostings, and they are all so fluffy and light. They hit the nail with their frosting! Also, my roll was fresh with the perfect amount of gooey cinnamon goodness!
For the very minor not so good.... I wanted to get a three pack of mini rolls, but they were $5. You might as well get a regular size roll. It's likely more fresh, and is probably more ounces, in total, than those 3 mini's. Not worth it to me, so I bought a 2nd roll for my boys to share. My only other complaint was the skimpy amount of marshmallows on their roll. But I guess, next time, I could ask for more.

Read moreMy husband had been dying to try this spot as we often pass by it on our way home. So, we visited yesterday (7/27). There were only two other customers dining in. It seemed clean. The presentation was awesome. There’s a lot to choose from. My husband opted for something with chocolate and peanut butter (not sure of the name). He did not like it. He said the peanut butter was too much for him. I tried a basic cinnamon roll with cream cheese icing. It was tasty. A bit too much icing for me but it was good otherwise. I would have given a 4 or 5 EXCEPT the customer service was not that great. We were greeted shortly after we entered. The cashier seemed like we were taking too much time to order as she smacked her nails down repeatedly on the counter. When I noticed that, I informed her that we were first time customers and that it would be helpful for her to explain how the options and ordering works. She did so but we still seemed rushed. I would have left at this point but I had my toddlers with me and I didn’t want to disappoint them. So, the food is okay but the customer service needs to improve. Read moreThe first time I can, it was amazing. I came back the second time and it was great but it wasn’t warm, after I was told it didn’t need heating because it was warm already. I just came for the third time and shared my experience and the guy tried to convince me that the food is always warm. So I said thank you. He wanted me to show him my receipt from my second visit and I did. Well, this visit I asked for bananas just as I did the last time and was charged for them. I got to my car and found that no bananas was on it. I politely went back in to request them. I had to wait several minutes. The girl wasn’t pleasant at all as if I was a bother. She acted as if she didn’t want to put them on top and instead offered if I wanted them on the side. I got them on top. When receiving my item back, she appeared annoyed. I then asked for the managers information and she told me to go to the website to get it.
It’s so disappointing to spend money to be treated this way. I really love this place but I refuse to be treated as if I am not wanted there. I guess I will have to find...
