Subway — Restaurant in Pearland

I’m leaving this review so hopefully the manager/owner is aware of what happened. Today, November 11th, I arrived to the store at 3:13 pm to find no employee behind the counter. I waited 5 minutes, just pacing in the store, and then decided to call the store number. I let the phone ring for two minutes and still nothing happened, so I walked around. I heard a young lady talking on her phone while in the bathroom, so I sat down at a table. After another 10 minutes had passed, I decided to play the drums on the table and get as loud as I could. Finally, I heard the young lady say “I think I have someone here and talk to you later”. I have never left a review for any business because everyone has a bad day but this was ridiculous. I could have taken anything in store and the only witness would have been the cameras. I could go into more details but it’s just not worth it. Good...

A few weeks ago I had a big order for our theater arts department and Ashlyn and her team made it happen. I placed my order on a short notice and hoped for the best. Ashlyn and her team went above and beyond to make it all possible. Not only did they make all 50something of my subs, but they sorted them out, packed plenty of veggies since we asked for veggies on the side, and provided everything needed. You see the thing is I didn't order a typical catering box, this was a school function and everything was customized and individually wrapped. When it was time to serve it was such a breeze because everything that we could have possibly needed was provided. The service was phenomenal and Ashlyn was such a sweetheart to work with. I would prefer zero stars! I placed an online order for 2 sandwiches and according to the app, they would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited 40 minutes to make it up there to get my sandwiches and they had 1 person ordering. I explained to the 2nd employee present that I was there for a pick up of an online order and they said I had to wait in line. At this point I'm a bit annoyed but I waited...Just to told my sandwiches were still not ready because they didn't have time to make them. It was almost an hour after my order was place.
