Panda Express — Restaurant in Pearland

I went through the drive through at the E Broadway & Dixie Farm road in Pearland Tx and ordered an orange chicken bowl and a honey walnut shrimp bowl with cream cheese ragoons. The server, Dulce V, told me that the food would take a while to make so to pull up around the side of the building and they will bring my order out when it’s ready. I waited 20 minutes and then went back through the drive through to see if my food was ready or if they forgot about me. Dulce said the shrimp just came out… I didn’t expect a 20 minute wait. I would have gone across the street to Raising Canes if I knew that. Then I didn’t even get my ragoons that I paid for. Very disappointed. This is why you shouldn't have your customers wait on the side of the building if they are going through the drive through because they can get forgotten about then get their order wrong. My daughter had lunch at 12:30pm we ordered 3 meals online at 10am on the stores page to be picked up for 12pm. Came to the store at 12:18 the food was not done. I didn't get my food until 12:42 after complaining that my daughter was not going to be able to eat because it was not ready. They said it was due to the orange chicken not being ready. Remind you a man picking up for door dash got put in front of me he had one order then another one came in and he clicked to take it since her was there while I was waiting and he got put before me. I told them to just give me whatever meat they had that was ready and they gave me beef with broccoli so I can take my daughter food her lunch ended at 1pm. I get to the school to find a meal from my order was not put in there AND the meat was not cooked all the way.

Not a good look for a new location and it is sad because it is right down the road from me....

I'm a frequent customer that usually goes for a meal during my lunch break, i was pretty disappointed when I arrived to see the bowls of food close to empty , I had to wait a couple minutes for the cook to get hot food out because he was sitting talking with the rest of the workers, the young man taking care of the line was the only one attending guests , everyone else was sitting down talking ,after I received my meal I went to get a drink at the drink station and I see the cook entering and exiting the restroom with his apron still on , very inresponsible, in a food handlers card , #1 rule is to not cross contaminate , the cook went Into the restroom with his apron on and exited the same way walking straight up to the kitchen,his hands still dry and he did not bother putting on gloves or anything. I think it will be the last time I visit...
