Oh my gosh in long-term customers a fast dragon. I mean a very long time so she practically came in Pekin sometimes eating there two times a week. Tonight's ordeal we ordered orange chicken multiple times we have ordered it and picked it up right in front of her place. Three times we have complained about the orange chicken being soggy can you make it more crunchy. Again tonight it was soggy not crunchy like other places when you order orange chicken. Told them that we would like credit just for the orange chicken not for the meals that we ordered. It is such a hassle to argue with people when they have screwed up. This is only been the past 6 months this place has turned for the worse. Don't know if it's new cook or who but I wish the owner would step up and change this problem that we're having. We're trying to support local businesses during hard times if you don't want our business then keep cooking like this. We just wanted credit for the one meal not all meals just the one meal there after all we've hinted about how many times we've had bad meals there and yet no one does a thing for us but yet we keep going back. Well tonight was the last straw the review is out. 6 months of having your food being changed for the worst is not what we're expecting we want the orange chicken or any chicken to be crunchy if it's supposed to be. Also why would they keep old Fast Dragon reviews if they are a different restaurant now? Some pieces of the pork in the fried rice were undercooked (yes I understand it has a red40 marinade but look at the pictures), the peppers were lazily cut in large pieces and tasted raw or like they had been thrown in a pan for just 10 seconds. The steak tasted odd, without any sort of crispiness (almost like it was boiled). It made me sad because I wanted to try out this new place. It’s not often I leave bad reviews, but there were multiple things wrong with this and it just ruined my lunch. At least the egg roll was good. It is the easiest job I've had in my years of restaurant experience, but the female owner's nagging makes it the hardest. Ridiculous, contradictory requests. I fixed maybe 3-4 drink orders a day, as one server speaks little English. And yet I am the only server she nags, for just about anything. I'm even nagged at for helping refill plates, and bussing tables, which is my job. After tables are cleared, and drinks refilled. She would prefer you just stand there like a fool, than to do something productive. Then she'll complain that you aren't doing any work. The male owner is the polar opposite of her. And I've never worked anywhere that the owner discriminates against me for my education history, and religious beliefs. That is insane.
