It is unreasonable to not allow people to try on clothing before purchasing, especially since the policy is not a return, but you have to exchange it within 10 days. What if you can’t find enough pieces to replace them within this time frame? It’s a gain to you and a loss to the customer. As someone who not only shops here regularly, but also donates yearly, I know I cannot be the only customer disappointed by this change.
