My boyfriend and I went there for dinner and we were very disappointed. Mainly with the service. First of all, our waitress took about 8-10 minutes to get our drink order and drinks out to us. Ridiculous! Also, my boyfriend ordered a Long Island iced tea, and that drink is supposed to be shaken. His drink didn't look shaken. It looked like a build drink. Which that type of drink isn't a build. Next, we ordered onion rings for an appetizer. Which took about 10-12 minutes to get out to us. (Which for onion rings, it shouldn't even take longer than 8 minutes at the most). It wasn't even busy in there either! We happened to notice that a lot of the wait staff besides one person was standing around talking by the hostess stand. The was one waiter (this man was tall-ish, had tattoos on his arm, wore glasses, and and a mustache); he was the only one working. We were a little upset he wasn't our waiter because we would have tipped him well. He did good. The waitress we had, ( a younger girl with brown hair, not really sure how else to describe her) was pretty rude and didn't check on us at all. It didn't seem like anyone had trained her. Anyway, she didn't check on us when we got our appetizer. The meals that we ordered took 20 minutes to come out, and again it was not busy. Usually, when people order, ticket times are supposed to be around 12 minutes. Fifteen at the most. We are usually pretty generous when we tip but we only tipped her five dollars. I felt like for this review, I had to go into detail. Because overall we were not pleased. We thought about asking for the manager, but at that moment we were so unhappy, we just wanted to get out of there. I'm not sure we...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI can rate this on the customer side and the doordash side. Both are spiraling out of control. Food has been terrible at best and everyone walks around with their head in the clouds. I have not been back as a sit-in or take out customer since the beginning of this year and have no plans to be back. For doordash, when they first put the doordash shelf in for completed orders, I was told rudely to look at the shelf. To which I had already because there is a clear sign, but said shelf was empty so I asked her what she suggests for the invisible order on the shelf. Then she reluctantly went to the back to check on it. I'm alwaaaaaays waiting and tonight I unassigned my first delivery. The girl that I thought was helping me at the counter, didn't even acknowledge the name I gave her, took off and never returned....I mean, maybe she did come back eventually, but she never said where she was going or that she would be back. As we all know, time is money and my time is real valuable when it comes to doordashing. If your store doesn't care for participating in doordashing then I suggest you consider dropping it because it's doing you a big disservice at the moment. Management really needs to get it together. Employees are only as good as the manager...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery disappointed. Iām at bdubs a lot of the time, not as much as I used to be since Iāve moved to Peoria. Iāve been ID ONE TIME. my girlfriend is. 27!. Iām almost 22. Granted I didnāt have my ID so I do understand in a way but at the same time they came over to my table and took her drink just because they saw it āin front of meā told us they couldnāt serve the table anymore liquor. Thatās legit what people go to bdubs for the Super Bowl for, is food and drinks. Like are you kidding me??? You didnāt even see me drink it.? All because a drink was sitting in front of someone? This is ridiculous. The only reason it was even (in the middle of us, not in the front of me ) was because my girlfriend pushed it over when the waitress sat the food down right in front of her. Then they tried to make me pay for a chili con queso when we ate 3 chips out of it and it was cold.. Do...
