Chandler is very great and polite. He is always greeting me each time I walk through the door. He is constantly cleaning, providing a more sanitary environment. Chandler is easily the most reliable and hardworking employee at Planet Fitness. Every time I walk in or out, he’s the one consistently at the front, greeting members without fail — not out of obligation, but because he actually takes his role seriously. While others might be standing around or half-engaged, Chandler is always busy cleaning, restocking, and making sure the gym stays in top condition. He doesn’t wait to be told what to do — he sees what needs to be done and takes care of it. His work ethic sets a standard that not many others match, and it’s clear that he understands what it means to maintain a professional and efficient environment. Simply put, Chandler does his job — and he does it better than anyone else. Planet Fitness stands out as a great gym because it delivers exactly what most people want: a clean, affordable, and judgment-free space to work out. The equipment is well-maintained and available in a wide variety, making it easy for anyone—from beginners to regular gym-goers—to get in a solid workout. PF sent me a survey about my satisfaction with their services. I filled it out honestly and told them I was dissatisfied with their customer service, cleanliness, amount of equipment and availability of options in their drinks.
I got a call from someone at PF about the survey the next day (good job on quick follow up). However, the lady told me they apologize for the things I was dissatisfied with and that she was going to send the survey back and if I gave them a better response to it this time she would give me a free month….. when I said I wasn’t going to be bribed into changing my honest review of the facilities and customer service she said she wasn’t trying to bribe me….. how about you make some changes and then ask me to re take the survey instead of just telling me you will give me a free month just for changing my answers because… guess what…. That is bribery. Do better. Come on. If you are thinking about signing up for a membership just think about this: they would rather just give you a free month than clean up their showers or provide better customer service. Read moreI cancelled my membership at the beginning of the month or so I thought. The staff told me I was cancelled out and even getting a refund, I've waited for weeks. I called in again this week and was told that everything is cancelled out now and I won't be charged again. Well I get up this morning and sure enough they charged me again. My bank has charged me return fees multiple times and they just keep taking my money. I talked to the regional manager and she told me I didn't cancel at the beginning of the month and they won't be refunding me anything. They've gotten over $100 from me! Their staff LIED to me and told me my account was cancelled at the beginning of the month when they didn't do it at all. This is completely frustrating and unprofessional of them. I will never use their service again. I advise everyone to not use them as they'll just lie and tell you they fixed everything and cancel for you then don't so they can charge you anyways. But I was told on the bright side I can still use their service for the rest of the month since I've paid. I don't want it! They need to hold their staff accountable...
