While the initial experience was good, my son made a mistake on a product, completely his fault. I asked what the exchange policy is for the company and the reply was rude, and unprofessional.
As you see below, he continues his rude, unprofessional behavior. I responded back by letting him know there was not a need to be rude, and had he asked a question like my son was suppose to, he would realize I was only asking for policy. We are using the product but owner feels the need to lash out. I will be sure to let all the parents know this happened as many of the kids go to this store.
