Subway — Restaurant in Pelham

Do not order here. Online or in person. They do not care about customers. Feb 15, 2025 around 12:30pm we placed an online order. I arrived thinking it would be prepared or in the process. I then learned through the app that my order had been cancelled with no notification of reason. I asked the lady behind the counter if they cancel online orders and she said yes, then I had to further ask if I should never order online there again for her to tell me they cancelled due to being out of the product on our sandwiches. A call would have been nice… Granted the lady was there alone and there was a line, but if she had enough time to cancel my order and enough time to walk to the back to change her knife bin then she had enough time to call us and let us know why she was canceling. Wont ever be back. Plenty of other places...

One of the worst interaction I’ve had there. All the people working that day were all new and not trained correctly. I had to tell the young man working there what kind of meat and cheese I wanted five time and he still didn’t add what I wanted I figured okay he still learning gave him the benefit of the doubt. The young lady working there finished my sandwich but continued to rewash the knife a few time with folding the sandwich while adding the liquid in the sandwich. I can not even begin the express how sick I felt watching that but I figured you know what just try it their new give them a chance. I opened up the sandwich and found hair in my sandwich…. I just threw it away. I tried calling the location several times to see if I could get a refund and NEVER once got anyone to pick up the phone. Horrible...

I can see why this location is rated so low. Wish I would’ve checked the reviews before I stopped by. Lady with the lip ring working has a horrible attitude. They were out of bacon I guess, ordered the all american club and never once said they were out of bacon. Also didn’t cut my sandwich, which I have never been to a subway that doesn’t do that. She was also super rude to a doordash driver that was there picking up, as well as the other customers that were trying to place an order. Like everyone was an inconvenience to her. If you hate your job, find another one and it probably needs to be one where you’re not working with the public!! Will never be back to...
