Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Pell City

I ordered $40 worth of food. The person I spoke with when I picked up my order literally seemed to be quite miserable to have to work. I wasn't greeted or even asked how I could be helped so I said I was there to pick up an order and gave my name. He slowly took his time to walk to the kitchen to check. He came back and handed me the bag and I said thanks and walked out. Once I got to the car I checked my food and realized an order of fries was missing so I went back in and waited 3 or 4 minutes for him to slowly make his way to the front. He never asked if something was wrong he just looked at me and I told him what I needed. I left frustrated because of the level of service I wasn't provided. I made a stop and opened my fries to find their were cold and stale both orders of fries were. Then I happen to realize I also failed to receive the drink for my order as well. This was a miserable experience and I promise I will not return to BWW...

We got there yesterday just after 4, asked for a high top table near the bar, and couldn't because they cut staff...Why would you cut staff right before dinner rush?? Our server was Madison, didn't say hello, didn't ask what we wanted to drink just stood there in silence and I had to tell her what we wanted to drink, I had to ask three times for lemon for my water, and she brought it out on a Togo lid, didn't even use them at that point, she didn't ask for appetizers, she didn't check on apps when they came or the food and the food came out wrong, no smile, not friendly, was really quiet and seemed like she didn't wanna be there and IDK what happened to uniforms but she looked like she should be working in the back cooking and not up front serving I think we're over buffalo wings in general everyone we go to the service isn't good, food isn't the best either.. idk what happened but I use to love going to BDUBS but not anymore I always...

First the hostess took us to the table pushed the condiment holder back, slammed the menus down and walked off. The ONLY thing that made this bearable was our waiter Caleb. He was on spot. He did ask us many times if everything was ok and I told him he was the only thing that kept me from asking for a mgr. I have video of several standing there talking while people weren’t being waited on. And the hostess after I said something to Caleb had a very condescending bye as we left as he had said something to her. I saw one table being served and they had no silverware. This place has gone downhill from the last time we were in there. With all those standing around talking why not clean up, the floor was disgusting, make sure people have silverware but importantly MAKE SURE PEOPLE ARE GREETED PROPERLY AT ARRIVAL.
