Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Pell City

UPDATE Sept 6, 2021 Labor Day I decided to give them another try. I'm sorry to say that the pizza I got was not very much improved although it was not swimming in grease. It was over-cooked and the sauce was firey HOT!!!! It was not like that last year! What's up with everything having to set your mouth, esophagus and stomach on fire???? This seems to be a newish trend and it's NOT a good one!!! I cannot be the only person who does not want to suffer severe acid reflux for 3 days after eating a couple of slices of pizza! The "HOT" can be added "after". For those who want hot peppers, let that be an add-on! You can add it but I cannot take it out once it's cooked in!!! The young lady who checked me out was very nice and helpful. There was an older lady there who had a sulky, sullen look on her face! She looked to be perhaps a manager or something...

This was by far the Worst pizza I have ever gotten in all my 68 years!!! It was literally swimming in grease. You can see in the pic the napkin where I tried to soak and blot up some of it. Look at the box! The bottom of the box was completely saturated with grease. I had to be careful not to ruin my clothes. The pizza was floppy and soggy from the grease and tasted like grease also. I placed an online order for two boxes of the Boneless chicken minutes ahead for drive thru pick up to make sure my food would be done when I got there, it was around 12:00, which they close at 1:00! An hour later, as I arrived a young lady addressed me and said that my food would be a 20 minute wait, but I thought that was wrong because it said on the app that it was almost done, so she told me to pull around to the front to wait, which I complied and did, so after a 10 minute wait I check the app and it says that my food is ready! So I give them a grace period enough time for them to bring it out before I call back in, I told them on the app it says my food is done and asked if they could check, then the young lady says I would have to pull back around to the window to get my food and that it in fact was ready, then I checked my food and it is a mess, the chicken didn't have any cheese on it, and was drowned in hot sauce ! And as I was pulling away i overhead her say " it's 12:00 leave us alone " once their phone rung ! What a waste of money! And poor customer service ! I have ordered from here ALOT. The past couple of times have been TERRIBLE. I ordered tonight and as always I ask for extra sauce just so I at least get some. I live 30 minutes away it was almost 10 when we got to set down to eat. Guess what NO DAMN SAUCE!!!! So I call and voice my concerns for a less than acceptable form of management by the name of Meghan whom I told I had to use spaghetti sauce on the pizza so my kids could eat.This unqualified source of management tells me to bring back at close to 11 PM the pizza in which I told her my kids dipped in spaghetti sauce in order to eat. I told her I wasn't driving back tonight. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I LOOKED OVER THE FACT THE EMPLOYEES HAD BOUGHT THEM A SODA WHILE I WAITED TO PAY. AND THE DELIVERY DRIVER WALKED BACK INTONTHE KITCHEN FROM OUTSIDE WITHOUT PROPERLY SANITIZING HIMSELF!!!!!This used to be a great place that cared about the customers and the food...
