Clover Leaf on Franklin — Restaurant in Pella

I ordered the “stuffed” loaded turkey hoagie… it was stuffed with some filler veggies, but stuffed with turkey it was NOT. I looked great coming out to me, but first bite and something was off, as I searched for the turkey and provolone, I found 1 slice of very thin turkey folded over and a melted slice of cheese…

The servers were very kind and the fries were great!

If you go here, maybe skip the sandwich and just get the fries or perhaps try a burger.

*edit - apparently the turkey was not from their normal source and therefore was not the same thickness of what is normally used in the recipe, hopefully this can be adjusted/fixed with...

I looked at their menu online before going and when I arrived the menu posted in the restaurant wasn't as extensive. I asked about their chicken salad and online it was described as on a croissant, what I received was on rye. I brought it up to the gal at the register and they fixed it immediately (which I was very appreciative of as I was on my lunch break). Not bad. It's a smash burger not a "burger" so unless I missed that description be prepared. Fires were seasoned well, the cheese curds were not deep fried just warmed up curds. Chicken strips were good. Mac and Cheese was pretty decent. Better than what it was when it was DutchFix. Small menu but a big menu...
