This was the first and last time I will ever go to this restaurant. I would give 0 stars if that were an option. I walked in to order and stood at the counter for close to 10 mins before someone came to help. As I started to order, the lady at the counter rolled her eyes and shook her head seeming very annoyed. When I asked what was wrong, she said "you want some of everything, that takes longer" (I had ordered 2 appetizers & 2 bowls of soup at this point). I asked if I should take my business elsewhere and said I was placing an order for a few items, as I have a family to feed. There were people waiting behind me to order and I was so embarrassed at this point. I honestly should have walked out at this point, but I finished placing my order. It took 10 minutes for my order, which I was made to feel was too big, to be prepared. When she said it was ready, she tossed bags at me and said to bag it myself. I have never gone to a restaurant and felt like ordering more than a couple items on the menu was an issue. On top of the awful customer service, the food was subpar. If you are ordering food for more than 1-2 people, be aware that you may be made to feel like that's unacceptable which is mind boggling since this is a restaurant. The food won't be worth...
Read moreKong Pao chicken: tasted like a standard brown sauce (a bit on the sweeter side) stir fry with some peanuts on it. In other words, it is 1/10 authenticity. However, food was hot, and chicken was tender. Fried rice: bad. That was the worst fried rice in terms of presentation. There were darker (soy sauce) rice clumps, and there are ones that were untouched. Sides: The only reason it got all the stars. They were so delicious. Freshly fried and crispy. Service/Atmosphere: I wanted to dine in at 730pm, but after waiting in the dining area for food, the lady came out with my food in to-go boxes because I could not dine in this late. Yikes. Price: Under $7 for a combo?...

The staff was not at all welcoming. They had actually brought our food to the table and plopped it down without a word and walked away as I was saying thank you. Other customers came in to order and started at us eating like we were aliens. It was really an odd experience. I felt like I needed a shower and a penicillin shot after eating here. Thankfully, the food was hot and fresh but wasn't the best Chinese food I've had. It was also very inexpensive. We spent about $6 per person...
