Breadeaux Pizza — Restaurant in Pella

I had a carry out pizza, chicken wings, and,cheese bread tonight sunday about 7:00pm. I was told on the phone it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes after the order was placed only to wait another 25 minutes for my food there. While I was waiting I looked around the kitchen. What a MESS there was food all over counters and floors, it was gross. The worst part was I watch the girl working the cash register, taking money, handling the change, then turn around take two steps to her left put her hand in the pizza ingredients and start making pizzas. Not once, not twice, over and over again. NEVER washing her hands or wearing gloves. (There has to be some kind of law against that) on a serious note if someone got sick and is reading this contact me, I took pictures of the mess incase someone needed evidence. I would be shocked if no one got sick after what I watched tonight. Why did I not say anu thing to the girl? I guess because she looked like someone who would not care either way and didn't want to waste my breath. This was my first time ever in this franchise and I will not be back at the pella location again. My review of this establishment has nothing to do with the food on my way home I stopped at Mc Donalds and threw out the pizza when I got home. The more I saw I just couldn't feed it...

Their pizza is good, however, we don't have an issue with ANY place in town delivering to Dutchman's Landing in Pella besides Breadeaux Pizza and specifically Branden. Branden always brings up that they don't normally deliver to Dutchman's Landing and most recently said they wouldn't even though we always leave a nice tip. Most everyone else in there doesn't mention it, nor do they have a problem, but Branden does. Why is it everyone else can deliver there in all of Pella, besides Breadeaux Pizza with Branden? Try George's. They're better anyway. Dominos doesn't do the best job as their pizza is often missing some cheese or is under cooked but we don't have an issue with them, George's, or outside of Pizza, anyone else we've had delivery to Dutchman's Landing, besides Breadeaux and when Branden is answering the phone. We will be ordering from other places as a result of Branden...

I guess I just have a question. The young lady was very nice on the phone, however when I asked for extra chips on my taco pizza she said she couldn't do that? Most places will charge for extra whatever it may be. Which was fine with me. I get that, but I don't understand why I was told i can't do that.

Ok, so the owner just delivered our pizza's, gave us extra chips, lol, and explained the situation. I can't tell you enough about how much I appreciated that. I work in the food service industry and totally understand. Thank you so much! If I could give 10 stars. I totally would. Highly recommend breadeaux Pizza in...
