Arby's — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

The experience at Arby’s was really great! The prices of the food were very cheap! Great tasting food! The crispy chicken sandwich was extra crispy and the curly fries were crispy too! The drink was a root beer. After drinking the root beer, I decided to change the drink to a Sprite! The cooking speed was pretty great! It took about a few minutes until the food was ready! The table and the chairs were very clean! I can tell the whole place was renovated! The employees were very nice and friendly! Now let’s talk about the COVID-19 precautions! There was COVID-19 precautions in place! There was a protective shield at the desk where you order food and all employees were wearing masks for protection! Everyone was socially distant from others including employees and customers! For some people who are vaccinated for COVID-19, you should be fine getting your Arby’s food! For some people who are not vaccinated for COVID-19 and you are concerned about getting COVID, you should be fine getting your food because all of the employees are wearing masks for protection. To all the ignorant folk reporting on what they only heard from the media, the manager that was SOLELY responsible for the incident related to the Pembroke Pines Police Department Sergeant that caused a national uproar has already been fired. The opinion and prank of that manager is not shared by Arby's and the other employee involved had no knowledge or saying in that situation. It was a terrible joke and instead of condemning the one person involved, you all bash the franchise and the innocent people unaffiliated to the incident. Here's a suggestion, do some in-depth research before you claim to know all of the facts and cast undeserving judgement. The Pembroke Pines Police Department has already dismissed the matter as they conducted a thorough investigation and had a full understanding of the facts that had not been reported by the media. Update!!! Never come to this restaurant late nite, because your subject to get cold food. My experience was horrible tonite. The cashier forgot my sandwich and I didn't notice it until I drove down the street, I did a U-turn & informed the cashier, I explained to him the sandwich was missing. He gave me the same meat I ordered 15 mins. ago, I explained to him the sandwich was cold, he in turn told me, it was just taken out, but ok. So, I asked for a fresh sandwich to be made or a refund.

He took the old sandwich, chunked it in the garbage & took another 15 minutes to fix another one. When the guy cashier came to bring a new sandwich, he handed the bag with no eye contact, therefore, I'm skeptical about eating the second prepared sandwich.

Horrible experience! This is all it takes to ruin a company reputation, idiots not wanting to do their jobs......
