Denny's — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

My husband, myself and 2 children went to eat here new years day to celebrate my husbands birthday because I am pregnant and absolutely insisted on denny's which wasnt his first choice to begin with. The restaurant was a little busy but not to the extent of having service as poor as we did. We walked in waiting to be greeted for about 10 minutes there was people already waiting to be seated when we arrived.. we were seated ahead of them without even asking who was next. We placed our drink order right away. My iced coffee arrived about 20 minutes after everyone else's drink. Then we were rushed to take our food order as our server (who wasnt wearing a name tag) said it would be a while since they were busy. Our order was taken at 1230 pm we ordered a chicken tender sandwich a burger and 2 jr grand slams. The food didnt arrive until 143. Very long wait for such a basic order. On the slam burger was only half of a fried egg and the burger was poorly put together sliding apart all over the plate presentation was terrible! The chocolate milk looked as if it was watered down extensively my child didnt even want it. The fries on the 2 adult meals were hardly cooked. About 4-5 minutes after our food arrived we asked for silverware. The waitress returned a few moments later and handed us 4 sets of plastic ware and said "sorry there is no silverware, this is what we got" as we had already waited so long and It was very warm in the restaurant at the time, i insisted we just eat as planned so we could continue on with our day vs. Waiting another hour to speak with a manager and replace our food etc. So that's what we did. I feel this was the worst denny's experience I've ever had and will not be returning to this location. The staff had no sense of urgency that is needed when running a corporate restaurant. Especially one that gets busy as often as Dennys. I hope that there will at least be some sort of staff meeting to reinforce the standards that...

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went here with some friends. I would like to note that there were maybe 3 occupied tables at this time. Our waitress took 15 minutes to take our order. My coffee took 20 minutes to show up at the table. The waitress comes back and tells us that the cook is new and doesn't know how to make cheesy tots. We continues to wait an hour for our food. Upon arrival, my friend's sandwich had no sauce as outlined on the menu. When she brought this to the servers attention, she came back and said the cook said he put it on there. She removed the bun to show her, no sauce. My food came last and was burnt to a crisp on the bottom. It was absolutely inedible. My other friend's food was the opposite of mine and came cold. (It was eggs). We asked the server for a manager. Another server came over and said that the manager that was supposed to be there (Willie) was not there and that she would try to help us. She called Willie and he said just to take half off. This was unacceptable. The food was literally uneaten because it was so badly prepared. We asked the server to call Willie and let us talk to him. She obliged. After trying to actually understand what Willie was trying to say (his accent is not even understandable) I advised him that we will pay for any eaten portion and then would be leaving. We walked out. This will literally be the last time...

I ordered a steak it was microwaved and grilled. I find this super sneaky, and unlikable. And very low quality. They lied to me by saying it was not microwave if you can definitely tell from the texture that it was 100% microwaved😂🤣.

The steak 🥩 was also very chewy and the bad way , and burnt to Crispe. I also ordered a coffee it was cold, and old so I re-ordered and they gave me microwaved coffee (The same coffee but just microwaved) normally the coffee will be steaming hot. I re-ordered and they never gave me that New coffee (3rd try ☕️ 😩)

(I also ordered a crepé worlds best)————————— (worst crepe) I ever tasted it did not even look fresh. The strawberries 🍓 on the top look like it been there for hours i’ll be honest I kind of felt bad for them they look kind of sad😔 . The cream🤢 ————— not even to talk about The cream was sticky😵‍💫 I swear I almost left my jaw there, The cream was watery👅, sticky, toothpaste ish, and very chewy in a bad way👹, The crepe outside area was very thin, hard outer area, like a gum that’s all the cons🥶(I hopes that’s all)
