I Came To This Location And Asked For A 6 Piece Wing Combo (Mild And Plain) The Lady On The Speaker Took The Rest Or My Order And Asked Me To Proceed To The Next Window. When I Got To The Window The Lady Then Told Me That I Cant Get The Six Piece As A Combo With “Plain Wings” So I Asked Her Instead Of Getting The Six Wings Can I Just Get A Two Piece Combo With A Leg And Thigh. She Told Yes. When I Got Home And Opened My Food I Noticed That Not Only Did She CHARGED Me For A Two Piece But The Two Piece Was NOT In There And She Also Gave Me The Wings That I “Couldn’t” Get As A Combo. I Took A Bite Out Of The Wings And Noticed That They Were Spicy Not Mild. I Tried Calling The Store To Explain What Happen To See If Maybe They Can Exchange It For Me But Instead I Ended Up Reaching The Night Manager. She Did Mention That She Will Be There All Night But When I Asked Who Am I Speaking With So I Know Who I Am Talking To She Refused To Give Me Her Name NUMEROUS OF TIMES. She Asked Me My Name And I Gave It To Her With No Problem The Very First Time She Asked Me. I Myself Manage A Store As Well, Not The Same Company But I Am A Manager. That Was Poor Customer Service . The Food Has Always Been Great There But Today Was A Very Bad Experience. Hopefully I Can Maybe Speak With The General Manager But Again I Was Not Pleased With The Service . The Wings...

I want to make a constructive criticism about this place which I visited a couple of times, one was yesterday Sunday 05-12-19. The staff that works there to be young is not proactive and customers wait for their order maybe normal in this type of chains of fast food, and it is due to lack of organization, discipline to serve customers that if they already give you an # of order even your name goes in it, while they serve to dispatch are not attentive to what is food for immediate consumption, they ask themselves among themselves (the young people in office) of who is the order? and I think that can improve if the manager prints a little discipline to the workers of the place. The Louisiana-style chicken is very good there, just paying a little attention when working with the public is not bad, they are daily norms of courtesy, kindness with those who pay and make the business lucrative for the owners, staff that there he labors, and the third parties that are the suppliers. Whole new crew of workers, atleast the cashier and manager, since I've last been here a month ago (No familiar faces). Very disrespectful. I usually get a happy male cashier with a great attitude. This time it was a woman that you can tell she hates her job and doesn't want to be at work(maybe due to mothers day?)

Got old chicken, tea spoon of gravy on the large mashed potatoes. Everytime I've been here in the past food has been hot and fresh they have always gave me an extra container with sufficient gravy to eat my mashed potatoes. This time the manager made up a story about your it will set the ratio off and they'll run out of gravy if they give me extra. Wouldnt even sell me any gravy because "it only come' as a combo" Finally she said just give it to him (with a wink) and I got maybe a fork of gravy as a joke. I will never return to this location nor will any family or friends of mine. Be warned stay clear of this location(1450 n university dr. Pembroke pines 33024. Way better service at the 441 and...
