8 out of 10 times I've ordered a simple order from these people, I have either had no slices on my pizza pie or a room temperature Pizza or I would experience a one to two hour wait on a delivery. Yesterday was the last straw I ordered a pepperoni specialty pizza with pineapple it was advertised to have extra pepperoni and Alternate flavorings and cheese as opposed to the regular standard pepperoni and pineapple. My phone set next to my computer screen as I was doing some college work and I literally watch the whole status bar go from cooking to delivery complete without me ever getting my purchased Pizza. It was only until an hour and a half later that I received my pizza and Upon arrival the delivery driver was Unapologetic unbeknownst to what my complaint was. He managed to apologize three times without knowing what my complaints was. As the delivery driver was on my way somewhere within the one hour mark I called the store and ask for explanation in the manager on hand provided me with three different answers. Initially he said that they were trying to contact me because my order had to be refunded because they were extremely backed up. Then I went ahead and said that to me my delivery seems like it was delivered. Then he asked me for my number and once I provided that he then it had and notified me that the delivery driver was in fact on the way and my order was not cancelled. And then once I ask for a specific estimate on the arrival of my pizza he was unable to give me a answer and informed me that if he would like he can contact the driver for me. I asked for the district managers number and I've called three times and I've yet to hear an answer. This is absolutely disrespectful and the service with Domino's over the years of my regretful transactions with you specifically this store I feel like this service has been...
Read moreHorrible. They manage to comfortably perform below the bare minimum of what is required for this franchise location to stay in business. I ordered a couple of pizzas for around 10:30pm because most other places were closed and I never received my food. I observed the pizza tracker and noticed that my delivery driver was driving around but not towards my home. Eventually, the driver returned to the store and I called in to ask what was going on. I was assured that he should arrive soon and that the tracker was not on. I chose to be patient but it was getting close to midnight (the time they close) and I called back and waited listening to a robot advertise food for 15 minutes. Suddenly, I heard a woman's voice speaking away from the phone and then the call hung up. My guess is that an employee quickly raised and lowered the phone to avoid my call, and when I called back immediately, the robots script changed, informing me that the store was closed and I could wait (and listen to more advertising) or hang up, and so l waited but nobody answered. For all I know, my food could have been the manager's dinner. I am never going to pay in advance for pizza ever again when I can pay at my door when I receive it. Be warned, there is no guarantee that you will ever receive a single thing you order, and the best Dominos as a whole can do for you is reward you account points. You as a customer are the last thing this location is concerned about, once they have your payment, you are at their mercy. Do not order from...
Read moreDO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. The estimated wait time for my order was 29 minutes. After an hour, I checked the tracker to see where my order was and it said it was delivered. I tried calling the store to let them know that no pizza was delivered to my house, but ended up on hold for 30 minutes. I decided to drive to the store while still on hold. When I walked in the phones were ringing non-stop (probably because it was me on hold) and no one bothered to acknowledge the phone ringing. I asked to speak to Luis, the manager, and he told me to wait. I stood there watching him make pizza until I finally spoke up and said I can’t believe you’re making me stand here watching you make pizza! He finally comes over and I tell him my situation. He told me he has no idea what is going on that he would try calling the driver. At that point, I tell him that the phone is still ringing and yet no one picks up the phone and he said “we are busy.” I then proceeded to tell him that I can’t believe how horrible their service is and he said “yeah, I know.” I ended up getting a refund, but the manager was completely rude and did not care at all about the fact that he lost a sale. He acted completely nonchalant about the whole situation and like he could care less about where the driver was or what was going on. Please do yourself a favor and order from another location. Maybe if they go out of business, the manager will start to care about the service he provides to the customers that fund...
