Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

This is my local Dunkin and it has gone downhill over the past decade that I’ve been living in West Pembroke Pines. I stopped going here and go to a further one on Sheridan street because they never have an issue giving out the right orders. I tried this Dunkin today because my wife really wanted coffee and I did not want to turn around and go back towards the way that I just came so we placed a mobile order to pick up. When I got there the order was ready so I grabbed it and left. Once I got in the car we took off and my wife started going through the bag. Let me start with her coffee it was great like it always which is the reason for the second star but everything after that was wrong. I ordered a black pepper bacon wake up wrap with yellow cheese since I know it comes with white cheddar. Well I got white cheese so I couldn’t even eat that. My wife ordered a chicken croissant stuffer but she instead got a piece of chicken with bacon on a croissant which is not even the same type of chicken that is used in the stuffer so my wife didn’t eat that either. Finally I ordered a strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles for my kid and whoever put the donut in the bag did not car and out it upside down so when my kid grabbed it about 75% of the frosting and sprinkles was stuck to the bottom of the bag. This is very disappointing since I feel like I wasted my time and money. I’m not sure what’s going on but this happens most of the time which is why I don’t go to that location anymore. The worst experience I had in any restaurant/fast food. An employee named Naomi was extremely rude and unprofessional. She not only wasted 45 minutes of my time by “making me pay for it” for according to her throwing the receipt at her when I threw at the counter closer to me, but also she wasted a lot of food by preparing my food wrong a couple of times on purpose. The manager was nowhere to be found, but Naomi made sure to tell all the workers not to help me and make me wait. They all looked kind of intimidated by her and some of them told me they were “sorry”. I will never go back to that DD. The cashier at that time saw her behavior and was deeply sorry trying to help. She saw how much food Naomi wasted preparing my food wrong on purpose with the smirk on her face, walking around the store talking smack about me, and getting everyone around her on edge. I ordered a lot of sandwiches and coffees that morning on drive thru, had to got inside the store, and after her little show, that I was almost calling the cops for, my iced coffees were melted and my hot coffees were cold. All of this because I ordered 2 bcn egg cheese bagels with cream cheese that they charged and it was on my receipt as “plain cc 0.25” for each and they forgot. After she gave me the wrong sandwiches for the 3rd time, I requested a refund, and she “Naomi”, threw the bag of food and my receipt on the counter after the cashier gave it to her, making some things from the bag fall...

One word to describe this Dunkin’ Donuts “destitute.” I’ve been to this location three times. First time, ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. I had food poisoning afterwards. Second time, ordered a mocha frozen coffee and was given an iced coffee. Third time, ordered a strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles, munchkins and a mocha frozen coffee. I received a strawberry frosted donut with no sprinkles, munchkins and frozen hot chocolate. After paying, I was informed they had no straws and was asked if I still wanted my drink. Then, I realized I had the incorrect drink and went through the drive thru again to have it corrected. The employee told me the mocha frozen drink and hot chocolate frozen drink are essentially the same. That remaking my drink would be an inconvenience because I’d hold up the line. I needed to come into the store. I explained, I have two toddlers in the car and couldn’t. He got the manager. The manager became hostile and accused me of lying. He said, he heard my order and it was a frozen hot chocolate. Then, he asked me repeatedly if I wanted a mocha frozen coffee. At this point, I didn’t even want the drink... Overall, this location needs to be shut down...
