I had a frustrating experience during my visit. The woman at the front with glasses seemed very overwhelmed. When I placed my order, she didnât understand itâeven though I speak both English and Spanish and tried to be as clear as possible. She repeated it back incorrectly, and I had to correct her before it was finally right.
I had my kids with me, and she handed me several boxes without putting them in a bag, which made things more difficult. On top of that, part of my order was still wrong. When I called to let them know, she came out to my car and told me I hadnât paid for the missing item. I said Iâd pay for it, but she insisted I get out of the car to signâright after I had just strapped my kids in.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. If you end up ordering from the woman with glasses, I recommend repeating your order multiple times and double-checking everything...
Read moreTerrible experience. Terrible customer service. The place is for sure and unfortunately in decline. Do Not recommend! Fortunately not many Terrible places like this in Pembroke Pines. I Went with my mother for a cup of coffee, it was too dark for us, I requested the server to fix it for us, perhaps adding some more milk. she looked at me confused, didn't know what to do and even told me, I am thinking what to do.... she added some milk to the coffe and charged me $ 3.50 extra for that fix. We also asked for 2 meat pastelitos and it was dry, cold and nasty. My mother took one bit and couldn't continue eating. Summarizing, employee was not friendly she was incapable of solving that simple task, not on the customer side, over charging and serving Terrible pastry. We just left the place, we couldn't finish the Terrible coffee nor the...
Read moreSo I seriously can't sleep thinking about what happened yesterday morning, 8/18. My family loves coming here. The kids know it's also treat time after going for doctors at pediatric associates. Well I went for a small order. Cuban bread, tequeños, guayava pastelito, and empanadas. First, the bread given at first was hard as a rock, so asked for a different one. It was not as hard. Went to car and my daughter wanted her pastelito, it was not there but a meat one. Went back and lady took my box and proceeded to put the pastelito from my box back to the stand and gave me then correct one. So, the one I had in my box that went with me to my car was then placed back for sell. Im not sick but this practice made me uncomfortable. So not going back. Who knows what else they just place back. Disgusted. Especially during...
