By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called in my order at 7:30 p.m. and was told it would be 45 minutes. I ordered a medium pizza half Hawaiian and half cheese. Called at 8:15 to find out where my order was and was told my Hawaiian pizza was on its way. I reminded them that I had ordered half Hawaiian and half cheese and was told that they made a mistake and made it entirely Hawaiian. They advised that they would put in the correct order and I should have it in another 15 minutes. The incorrect order was delivered and I tried to refuse it but the driver told me just to keep it and he would be back with the correct order. Another 15 minutes later I called yet again to find out where my correct order was and was told it would be ANOTHER 15 minutes. I asked to speak with the manager who unloaded a barrage of excuses at me and in fact yelled at me. His excuse was that the girl who took my order was only 16 years old and that they were very busy because it was a Friday night. It was a very odd exchange in which he was saying that yes... they were terrible people and screaming at me. This was not the fist problem I have had with them either. I have received burnt garlic rolls, late orders on many occasions, even a piece of wood inside my pizza crust. I kept ordering from them because the pizza is delicious, but definitely not worth the aggravation of having to deal with their incompetent and apparently crazy staff. Read moreRUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I ordered gnocchi with meat sauce for delivery. The girl on the phone did not say there was a delivery charge, and didn't say how much my order came to so I assumed it was just the price of the meal. When it got here I just signed anyways, but the food I got was TERRIBLE. The salad wasn't even all sliced all the way, just a big leaf of lettuce with slots on it, and the sauce? Literally tasted like pizza sauce. It was not even edible. So I called and told the girl, she put me on hold, and then a man picked up. I told him what I thought, and he starts laughing and said he didn't know what I was talking about but they're sauce and good and their food was good so I must just be upset about the price, and I said no, it wasn't good I didn't call asking for a refund I just wanted you to know how bad your food was, then he cut me off, while laughing, and said you're just not happy with the price, I'll void the card, then hung up on me while laughing. Read moreIt was disappointing bc 1) Lasagna was terribly salty, the menu said lasagna, garlic rolls, soup, $11.95. Minestrone was the only choice. And, it was small, half a standard can of soup, and it tasted like can soup too! I went to pick it up $14.50!! I was too tired to deal with it, I needed to get home so I just left 2)every pizza pie was being cut on an open counter and most of them did not wear a mask or gloves to prepare the pizza; the counter food like the cut pizza pies were in open boxes for cutting in an assembly line set up, and the customers were coming to or by the counter to pay and pick up their takeouts, again no masks or shielding the pizza pies from the public. And, the one handling money was also handling the pizza cutting, totally unsanitary!!!!@@So, with Covid, and getting back to business, the management should care.about the customers and their staff.
