KFC — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

This place has the worst customer service!!!!! The wait is ridiculous.... my kids were crying in the drive through because they wanted KFC and we literally had to wait a total of over 15 mins to try to place an order only for this lady to keep telling us to hold on repeatedly... all the while no one is communicating with you and NO ONE APOLOGIZED FOR THE LONG WAIT!!!!! The manager should be pissed because I was upset enough for us both!!!!! This happened 10/01/16 at 2:30pm...... even when I brought it to her attention that customer service entails an apology first and foremost for the long wait and then a thank you for waiting I received an attitude.... she didnt even have a name tag..... she had tattoos on both arms..... Never coming back they need to get it together!!!! We left and went to the popeyes down the street, which we shouldve went to in the beginning...... I doubt a manager even gets back to me.... they wore no hair nets nor gloves at this location either. Grossed me...

11/30/21 @ 430pm. I should have looked at the reviews before hand. This place deserves-100 stars. They couldnt pay me to eat here. There was red flags from the beginning, there was reason why the parking lot, drive thru were completely empty to the point I thought they were out of business. The girl at the speakers was rushing me to order with an empty lot. I spend $46 & had to throw the food out when i got home because it was too far to go back. And get my money back. Chicken was completely dry, biscuits were burnt & dry, fries were dry, even the soda was flat. Completely waste of money.

Edit: Same day@5:30pm. I dug up the food & went & got my money back. The night shift was very nice & apologetic. The district manager was there & was very accommodating. Counter person had no memory, I had to keep repeating my order I made for 2 people. The place was very dirty tables floors windows the and entrance door was filthy. My husband's chicken had a funny smell like the chicken was going bad ot was also salty, and the corn was super old and mushy. Coleslaw was horrible. He didn't say anything about it awful smell of the chicken until the ride home, and yes, he was sick, really bad upset, stomach and throwing up, and frequent bathroom visits all night all. He did start feeling better until this afternoon 12/30/22 at 12:53 P.M I was suppose to follow my first instinct to leave when I noticed how nasty the front door was I knew that the inside wouldn't be any better. This KFC will never have to worry about me spending another dime at this location. It's a filthy pit with rotten chicken they sell it the y don'tcare about the publics...
