DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE - COCKROACHES IN PIZZA!

I am writing to express my utter disgust and horror at the experience I had with Pizza Hut last night. I ordered a pizza from the 18469 Pines blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33039, and when I opened the box, I was shocked to find COCKROACHES OF ALL SIZES CRAWLING ALL OVER MY FOOD!

Not only was the pizza inedible, but the presence of cockroaches also posed a serious health risk. I was appalled by the sheer negligence and lack of hygiene standards at this establishment. It's unacceptable that a reputable brand like Pizza Hut would allow such a breach of food safety.

I demand that the FDA takes immediate action to investigate this incident and shut down this location until further notice. The public's health and well-being are at risk, and it's the responsibility of food establishments to ensure that their products are safe for consumption.

To Pizza Hut Corporate:

I expect a full refund for my order and compensation for the distress caused. I demand that you take immediate action to address the issue and ensure that all locations are following proper food safety protocols. I will be sharing my experience with friends, family, and online platforms to raise awareness about the importance of food safety.

Tonight /I ordered a medium Ham and Pinapple Thin Crust Pizza for my sister and I. It was HORRIBLE! I haave ordered from ths Pizza Hut in the past with it having pizzas that are quite good. Tonight was not one of those times. This pizza was cooked HOURS ago. #1-Was not even warm #2 Dried out toppings, sauces, and cheese, #3- the pizza was delivered within 15minutes time from when I placed the order. There is no way they could read the order, prepare, cook, and deliver a freshly cooked product that quickly! I have worked in fodservice for many years and there is no way I would have ever sent something like that out. Really, they should be ashamed. I cannot imagine what kind of manager has so little pride.

I doubt that anyone in management will ever read this review and if they do I will be labeled a "Karen" Too bad, I had such high hopes for my dinner that completely went into the trash along with my $16.00 for pizza $5.00 order fee ? $6.50 tip $8.00 mini cinnamon rolls tax $36.80 total

I placed my order for 1 pepperoni Pizza with extra sauce and I used my points for the free cheese sticks I earned. Order was placed at 7:08 was set to be ready at 7:25. I arrived around 7:30-7:35 and my order wasn’t ready. My son was told it’ll just be a few minutes. We waited about 10-15mins. The staff told my son the pizza got stuck in the oven and they had to make another one. They offered us a free soda which to me was crazy to me. Why not just comp the pizza it was only a little over $10!! Long story short we received the pizza at 8:10pm! A whole hour after the order was placed. When I reached home I noticed they put pepperoni on one side of the pizza smh. No extra sauce and to top it off I was given BREAD STICKS instead of cheese sticks. It’s so frustrating to not only have had to wait soooo long for the food, but to have the wrong items is a slap in the face. The store wasn’t even busy for them to have all of those problems.
