So here's how this went.. I'd never been to this place before but my husband was familiar with it from Atl. We decided to have dinner here today.. Let me start by saying, from the looks of the place didnt expect us to spend close to $50... for 2 of us!! 2 Margaritas, 1 steak nacho, and 1 chicken & steak fajita.. Nothing fancy! So I ordered the nachos an somehow overlooked that it had guac (which I'm allergic to avocados). When they brought the food I felt really bad because I was certain it must've been my fault which I explained to the waitress when I asked her to please have another one made.. My husband went as far as to let her know I have an allergy.. cool no problem.. 5 mins later she returns within my order.. I look down an chuckled (to the Mr.) an said they l left off my jalapenos! He responds by saying well at least they were nice enough to put a rush on it... so we shrugged it off.. except when I picked up my first nacho I realized there was still traces of guac because all the kitchen did was remove the guac, add more cheese in its place, an put it back in the salamander to melt the cheese. This time I walked my plate inside an I explained to the mngr exactly what happened starting with my error. She then looks at my food an says "That's really strange, I'll have them make a new one." I was not impressed. My nachos finally came out with no guac, jalapenos, an burned steak. The only reason it got a 3 from me was the margarita.. outside of that the food was not worth the price.

I often order takeout and once they put the queso container on top of cold chips. The customer service experience has not been the same since Melissa and the lady who is now at the fountain location. The new manager with black hair is not a nice person. I ordered queso to go often and sometimes it's watery and the chips are cold. I have to check my food because this is the norm at this location. The manager gets an attitude when the reality is that the food should always be served hot and fresh to customers. I ordered the new flatbed pizza and there was a long strand of white or gray hair, it belonged to the more mature lady who served me my food. They took the pizza back and added more sauce to it and tried to serve me the same pizza. The pizza was cold and the avocados were black this time. The first pizza was hot and the second pizza was cold and not fresh. I noticed they never threw the pizza away and were probably planning on serving it to another customer. The dishes were piling up and the ones who were preparing the food were touching the dirty plates and returning to prepare food without washing their hands. The manager didn't wash her hands but did after she drank from her Stanley style cup and noticed that I was watching them prepare my pizza to ensure they didn't give me the same pizza a third time. I didn't request a refund as I should have because I simply wanted my food prepared fresh in a clean environment. The employees have long nails and long hair with no hair nets!

Great location for healthy Mexican fast food at Pembroke Gardens; it’s on the main drive so it’s super for people watching or meeting friends for a casual, loud get together. Bright lighting, high ceilings, colorful decor and Corona beer bottle salt and pepper shakers evoke a beach side feel. Good tacos, burritos, salads and more at great prices. Think of their sangria as a $5 adult Icee that burns pleasantly as it goes down. On weekdays right now a small sangria or margarita are only $3 from 3-6 P.M. The salsa bar has fresh pico de gallo with lime juice, a black bean with corn salsa that’s a local favorite, a chipotle mixture spicy enough to bite you back, fresh cilantro, fresh lime wedges and another salsa called Asada. We tried the Queso with Ground Beef tonight for the first time. I liked it better than Chili’s version because it tasted more like it had from scratch ingredients instead of Velveeta. It came with the bottomless chips deal. Usually this location is bustling and it’s difficult to get a table. But tonight it was perfect, with no line and they delivered the food almost immediately. My husband commented on their steady to go order pickups. Their food is healthier than their competitors’ so I bet that’s why. If you’re wanting healthy Mexican food, this is a good option. Lime has made a solid niche for itself here in South Florida.

We leave right next to it and we’re wising from time to time. Today were there to take dinner to go. Made order and walk to wait outside. After 10 min I came in to pick up whenever the order is ready, but I had to wait another 15 min. There was a male employee (with a mustache, unfortunately don’t know the name) dealing with all the orders. Waitress passed me several time , asked for my name, but no action were taken. It was crowded, but for some reason the customers, who came way longer than is, were assisted first. When my husband complained about situation, that male worker with mustache stated “So maybe they came earlier, I can’t do faster alone”. My husband replied “You are wrong, i know exactly when I came in and all this people, who received pick up, were waiting in line to order longer after me, why?”. Then the employee turns to us abd stated to YELL at my husband “You are wrong here!!” And both waitresses (instead of working and helping to deal with queue, were just standing around) started to support their coworker without any care to customer!! Luckily enough a manager sent the guy with mustache backstage, without finding any solutions, just gave us yhe food. UNBELIEVABLE! Never experienced something like that! The whole evening and mood was spoiled! Never we are turning back again! We didn’t deserve it, especially for the tips (get bonus: yell from employee instead of...
