I absolutely love shopping at lululemon. However, my experience at this particular location has always been so uncomfortable. MOST but not all of the employees here treat you as if youâre less than, are rude, blatantly laugh at you in a snarky way, give strange looks if you only buy one item, and overall donât provide a welcoming experience. I shouldnât feel like this while trying to shop at one of my favorite stores but unfortunately that is the case. Not the customer service you expect from a âluxury athletic shopâ. Moving forward I will make the drive to the Coral Gables location than to spend my money here. Hoping once the new store in Pembroke Pines opens up management will see these reviews & resolve these issues.

   Read moreI lost 70 lbs and had a ton of stuff ALL with tags and in the plastic to return. Last time I went there they said I needed the order number. So, I took the time and went through my app and put the order number on a post it and stuck it to each item. The girl was rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing the entire time. Then, after scanning everything she called her manager and said she couldnât put it on a gift card. So, THANK YOU for making it to where I canât bring it to another lulu without finding the order numbers again. And please tell me why, the rest of my stuff I took to a different one and they returned it no problem? I will never go to this lululemon again. Ever. I have been to many Lulus in South Florida, and all of them have exceptional customer service, except for this location in Pembroke Pines. When you walk in nobody even looks up or greets you. Nobody offers to help you either. I understand you donât have to start a whole conversation when working in customer service, but it is important to make your customers feel comfortable and feel like you are there to help. I have no idea what they get paid for to do. Half the time I walk in there, they were each talking to each other in the back room or not doing what it seems to be like their job should be.
