I paid for the engraving service for my bar bracelet, typed the word I wanted, and on the iPad, it looked exactly how I wanted it and so I gave them the go ahead. The manager Tiffany, took the bracelet set it up and then started the engraving. However, the end result was not exactly how it was on the iPad & the word was not centralized. I called customer service, they told me to go to the store and they should be able to fix it. When I went back the sales associate told me that the engraving was final, the manager did not even look at the engraving, she did not fix it, the manager didn't even look or come talk to me, and the sales associate I did talk to basically insinuated that it was somehow my fault even though everything was perfect on the ipad and it was the person who set up the machine in the first place (aka the manager). It might be minor but I paid for the service & expected to receive exactly what I was guaranteed and paid for.    Read moreThis is the worst Pandora store ever, I bought 5 items online (charms and bracelet) to give for Christmas, they arrived in mini ziplock bags, so I stopped at this store, where I always shop (not anymore) and spend hundreds of dollars every time I come, to ask for little boxes and bags to wrap it. The person who served me started to help me and suddenly the manager came, I guess, and she told me NO! She removed all the boxes and said they are not allowed to give anything for online orders. Zero customer service, this is a franchise and not a cheap product, so it is unacceptable to me that you go to the store and ask for packaging material and they do not offer that service for their own product. So I will give away a Pandora item at any cheap jewelry box. Very disappointed, I'm sure I won't come to this place again and I'll make sure my whole family won't either, we have been loyal customers for years, I assume they preferred to lose a customer rather than a few boxes. I walked in and as the associate was helping me see how the charm I picked looked on my bracelet I noticed my “safety chain charm” was broken. $115 charm intended on “saving” ur bracelet was Broken. The bracelet was a gift from July and a bunch of family had put on for the half way full bracelet... since I couldn’t furnish who out of the 6 people pitched in for th gift (totaling over 600$) I was told there was nothing they could do!
