I’ve been a loyal customer at this McDonald’s for over 10 years, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I ordered three of the $5 meal deals, only to notice that all the drinks were automatically upgraded to large. When I asked why, the manager rudely told me that after 10 PM, all meals are charged with a large drink.
Not only was this frustrating, but his attitude was completely unprofessional. He was rude and dismissive, making no effort to explain the reasoning behind this supposed policy. I’ve never been charged for a large drink when ordering a meal after 10 PM in all my years coming here, so this felt misleading and unfair.
To make matters worse, I spoke with a manager at another McDonald’s location, and she confirmed that this is completely untrue. There is no such policy requiring large drinks after 10 PM. This means either the manager at this location is misinformed or intentionally overcharging customers.
The lack of consistency, dishonesty, and disrespectful treatment I received make me seriously reconsider returning to this location. I hope McDonald’s addresses this issue and ensures customers are treated with honesty...

I called them to tell complain about my order I’ve received thru uber.. the manager said she couldn’t do anything about if she didn’t had the sandwich in front of her.. ( I had surgery a week ago and can’t drive) i explained it to her and she still refused to do anything.. so I had to send my husband to bring it to her (Wich I stayed alone n couldn’t b alone) and she still kept on asking for screenshots of my uber order and receipt!! Then she says she will call me the next day to do report.. I didn’t received not even an apology or nothing.. just attitude like if it was my fault! It’s been 3 days and no one called me still.. Read moreI called the store to make a complaint I asked to speak to the manager When the manager answered the phone She didn't want to give me her supervisor number She didn't give me any information to make a complaint Her guilt for knowing she was in the wrong refuse to give me the resources to report her unprofessionalism And hung up the phone and block my number from calling a second time.
McDonald was my family and I, favorite fastfood chain. And I would bring friends and family often to the establishment.
But seeing as poor management has taken over my once loved franchise I would advice anyone seeing my comment to take there business to a more friendly,clean and respectful establishment. I would advice anyone reading to not fund this poor establishment. So that it may be replaced by a more family and customer friendly franchise.
I will not be taking my business or recommend anyone to dine in or take out.
It's a shame that these managers are allowed to soil the name of a once fine and respected Fastfood chain of this...
