Purple Orchid Memorial Hospital West — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

I have been in and out of Memorial West hospital, and tonight had the worst service. The man at the register, at 8:30 on July 30, 2025, I wrote all this to make sure the know who it is, was really rude. I asked for a bag to put the sandwiches and potato chips I bought he literally looked at me with a bad face and opened the bag and held it tight for me to have to say, did I do something wrong? What is the attitude? He just looked at me and said sorry señora que pena. Which means sorry lady. I wish there was a phone number to call a manager to let him/her know what a nasty person...

I bought 2 tequeños which were not cooked, the dough was raw. I watch the Employee take it out the from fridge to microwave. Tequeños (deditos) are supposed to be baked NOT put in the microwave. Giving people raw dough will make them sick. Please educate your Employee on the proper way to prepare the tequeños, which are very expensive...

Way too overpriced. Wanted a quick and cheap lunch so I grabbed the most plain pre-made turkey and cheese sandwich from the refrigerator.
