Rosie's Gourmet Italian Ices — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

Unbelievable! We went here because my mother in law said she couldn't find chocolate ices anymore, so we came here on a Sunday at six fifteen. After waiting in a long line that also involved the employee calling the owner to let them know they had made a mistake instead of taking care of her guests. After twenty five minutes we made it to the front of the line, when the employee heard we wanted four quarts she said we would have to wait until all the other customers were served before we could get ours, these were single flavor quarts that take about 40 seconds to fill. I'm vegan and I already have a limited selection of deserts and have made ices at home before and I guess now I will only make them at home since my business is not desired at this establishment! This is literally a hidden gem. It is definitely my new favorite hidden gem and Italian ice place; not that I had one before. It's tucked away in the corner of the plaza back by the school. I almost missed it myself.

When I walked in I was greeted by the worker which was a great first impression! I decided to get a large since I was getting an Italian ice for my son and myself. We tried the Hawaiian pineapple, mango, sour apple and watermelon. While I enjoyed them all, the pineapple and mango were my favorite because they both hints of fruit in them. Winner!!!

The Italian ices were simply delicious and practically melts on your tongue. They were all super fluffy and the flavors explode in your mouth. They are in each its own way very addictive. I can see myself coming back here very soon. Like...

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I took my two kids out of their car seats and the employee walks out to say we can't come in because she is having lunch. It was 6pm and the open sign was lit. She has the odasity to tell me she will be done in 20 minutes. Goes back in and sits with the second employee and starts eating. Two employees but alternating meal breaks is not an option. We live near this place and enjoy the ice cream.
