Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Pendleton

It was Thursday the 14th of November at around 8:00pm. My Mom and I stop at DQ to get something before heading home. Upon pulling up to the drive thru window I observed some things that I know are not the practice of DQ. First off the prep area for drive-thru was filthy. The person working the window touched her hair at least twice while making our order. We ordered two blizzards, the girl did not rinse or wipe down the mixer wand in between mixing them and handed them to me with no lids. I had also ordered a Chicken strip basket and my fries were cold and stall. While sitting and waiting for what I feel was way to long 3 other cars pulled in behind me and I witnessed the girl roll her eyes before taking an order. Now I know that by the end of a long shift they get very tired but customer service was very lacking. I have been there several times and have never had someone so rude at the window. I could however over look rudeness if the cleanliness and food safety principles were in place. Giving this place 1 star honestly they don't deserve it. This place has the worst customer service EVER!! This is my 2nd time here first time i came through employees were yelling in the back and cussing being obnoxious. I ordered 2 kids icecream cones and I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting listening to whatever nonsense they had going on. It was night time there was no customers inside so everything came from employee plus the girl working at the window had made it known that she was irrated by the crew she had on with her that night. Tonight was my second night through and they screwed up on one of the cones that came with my kids meal and instead of just getting what I ordered the girl tonight got snoody with me and made a big deal out of it. I have never eaten at a Dairy Queen, where the food was soooo “Nasty Tasting”.... I made the visit on December 10th at 12:20pm & ordered a (4) piece Chicken Meal and also (1) 3 piece Chicken Meal for $6.00. First of all the fries were not cooked fully my chicken was not hot & worst of all and never brought to my attention or even asked they poured the Butterscotch ice cream cone shell dripping over the sundae instead of the Butterscotch sundae topping like normal. I did not even eat the fries & all I could do to eat the ice cream. Yet not even ask your customers if they would like Ketchup come on!!! I will never visit that location again in Pendleton, Oregon avoid at all cost. Next time I will go further down the road East 30 miles to Hermiston, Oregon instead.
