Panchito Tacos — Restaurant in Pendleton

I have been to many taco trucks in my life time and this one while their food was good the cook really caught me of guard. My coworker and I ordered six tacos and a burrito, and normally they'll serve you a red and green sauce with your order,(I always ask for more) but here they had a cooler outside with their hot sauce in it to help yourself, so we did.. I grabbed two green and two red and so did my co worker.. When the gentlemen called out for us to get our food he said, hey you grabbed to many hot sauce..I THOUGHT HE WAS JOKING.. So I laughed, but then he told my worker the same thing with an attitude.. We honestly were shocked!!! Not ever have i been told, no that's TO MANY HOT SAUSE.. So we said ok.. We put them back.. if you dont want people taking more than two little containers of hot sauce MAYBE DONT HAVE AN OPEN HOT SAUCE BAR.. People might want to try more then two sauces AND SEE WHAT THEY LIKE!!! HOPE YOU CHANGE THIS NOT COOL FOR A...

I’m marrying this taco truck, no need to look anywhere else when you find perfection. I liked it and I’m putting a ring on it. We were on our way from Portland to Boise and took a chance getting off the highway to try something new. We ordered a bunch of different tacos and added a side of grilled onions when we saw someone else’s order come out. Dang was it all good! I don’t “get” the sangria pop so I’ll go back to the lime or pineapple pop again. Speaking of pineapple, there were bits of it in one of the tacos which made it even more distinct and fun. We had such a good time with our gracious table partners that made room for us. When you go to a new place and there’s lots of locals there you know it’s good and it was. Best birria dipping “soup” I’ve ever had. I’d buy that by the pint or quart and use it as a soup starter at home. Deeeelish!! Well done, Panchito! We will see you again! Really good taco truck. Tried a few of the tacos, asada, carnitas, chorizo, and chicken. All were excellent, probably liked the chorizo the most. Service was great. If your car breaks down on a cross country road trip in Pendleton, and you're forced to stay overnight, would definitely recommend Panchito for dinner. Don't recommend having the transmission fail in your car though. ...
