I have been going to Dutch Bros since the day they opened and the crew that they have now is absolutely amazing. They have my order down to a tea most of the time. Stopped in to order the Firecracker Rebel that was released today. Had to reorder without a soft top due to dairy allergy. Manager yells at person taking orders then comes to the window and lies straight to my face they can't make it because the ingredients don't come in until later today umm I literally had one in my hand seconds before. I tell her it's all over FB, the DB app and email she refuses to remake it and ask what other flavor we want that its not released until the 1st. I ordered a 16 ounce sweater weather chai. And was handed a kiddie cup that only holds 12 ounces. I even said to the server “ is this 16 ounces” and he replied it’s supposed to be. I just took the drink because there was like 30 cars in line that day and I didn’t want to hold up the line any longer. They ripped me off and charged me for a 16 ounce drink but gave me a cup that only holds 12 ounces. Here’s a picture it even says small on the cup.
