Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Pendleton

Was without a doubt, the absolute worse blizzard I have ever had, until pulling into a gas station to toss it, them into the trash. Both were medium pecan cluster blizzards, each resembled that of a water downed chocolate shake, it made sense then why they put lids on, probably to keep them from splashing all over in the car. Needless to say, they didn't bother doing the upside down trick, that they do at every DQ I've been to, just before handing them over the counter. They knew exactly what they we're selling and it clearly didn't bother them. The pecans, or should I say pecan that I ate was old and rancid. All around bad, bad and shame on them. Hindsight is 20/20 and now I know why their parking lot was empty except for two Harley's and my Jeep, reputation has a why of catching up, an ice cream place less than a minute away had a full parking lot, cars in line for the drive thru, and people standing out front eating what I think we're tasty treats. I want to preface this by saying I have worked customer service for many years, so I understand being irritated with a difficult customer. I came here at 9:15 after checking online to see when they close (it states 10pm.) I assumed the hours were updated accurately to reflect Covid19. However, when I got to the window the drive thru worker asked to take my order and I (naturally) ordered. She said very nastily " kitchens closed" I said "oh im sorry does that mean you are only serving icecream right now" she said "we closed at 9 and cannot leave until you guys get out of the line". I tried to explain to them that their online hours do not reflect that and apologize for the inconvienence and another person interrupted me over the headset and said "have a nice night" before I could even finish. That is no way to treat anyone, let alone a customer who is trying to help you and...

I was there today and got my usual misty freeze, all good and fine right. No actually, as I drink it chocolate pieces started popping up??? I was like that's weird and kind of gross. No REALLY gross!!!! So I call and the lady on the phone was super rude "oh its probably from the blender" like yeah dont you clean the blender between uses??? That's so gross and unhygienic, I'd rather drive 15 minutes to another dairy queen then ever step foot in this one again. Because guess what? This isn't the first time this has happened. Always clean your blender throughly between each use, its not that hard I'm sorry. I am 100% you guys have a training video for this. I worked at bk and we had a whole training video for cleaning the blender and they aren't even an ice cream based...
