Happy Dragon — Restaurant in Pendleton

I order a extra egg and no bean sprouts which the lady said we don’t put in Beans Sprouts I was like ok good. I pick my order up and when I arrive at work ready to eat, no egg. So I called to let them know that they forgot my extra egg and there wasn’t no egg in my Shrimp Fried Rice,.. umm 🧐 . Wow. The Guy gets on the phone and said we are sorry we didn’t hear you say egg, but we will not accommodate you with a free meal. I said ok how about a free egg when I order in the future the guy said we can’t do that. I ask him how much is the egg he said .52 cents. I said you would rather lose a customer over .52 cent. I just hung up. Ridiculous and poor...

Stopped for some lunch...not realizing the place is so small. But decided to try anyway. Wrong thing to do. Not only was it high priced for the amount of food, also no place to sit and eat without everyone that came in was staring at you the whole time your eating. Just rude. To the point you felt like you had to get your food and go even though you are not done eating. Food was hot but not good at all. Wonton soup gave us all very bad headaches right after eating and no we do not have food allergies. Opened fried rice and a nice black hair was staring right at me. Sorry but how could you not see that??? Will not be back at all. Everyone...

Called in an order, but when we got there they had no record of us calling anything in, even though they answer their calls on a smart phone that keeps a record of all calls. Very aggravating, and I doubt we will be attempting to eat here again. For their part, they offered no apologies or excuses and they made absolutely no attempts to assuage my anger. Draw your own conclusions, but I decided they simply did not care one way...
