Worst experience Iâve ever had at a coffee shop. We were the 4th car in line, sat through the line for 15 mins AFTER ordering. Sat IN FRONT of the drive thru window for 20 mins. We received our 2 sandwiches within 10 mins and then sat for another 10 before asking the girl in the store window if our drinks were coming or not. She looked at us like we were stupid and we explained we only had 2 drinks weâd been waiting on and how it had been 35 mins total since ordering. The girl was so rude to us and didnât even let us know she was working on our drinks. She closed the window and ignored us. We drove off without our coffee. We paid $30 for two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches. I then called to speak with the manager or owner. The âmanager on shiftâ sounded like she was 19 and told us we could come in and get our drink after we already drove away and she could refund us for the drinks we didnât get if we came in. So I asked if there was an owner I could speak to and she told me the owner is out of country and cannot be reached. I was wondering why another car drove off flipping off the building when we pulled up to the drive thru but I think the service may have answered that mystery.

   Read moreMy husband and I were hopefully when new ownership took over Biggby Pendleton⌠we waited to write a review to see if changes would be implemented to improve some of our complaints, but alas we still are facing the same issues with every visit to this Biggby location. Every time, and I legitimately mean every time we go, our order is wrong in some way. Iâm not being dramatic or even trying to be negative. I just want to share this in the hopes that new management can implement some changes to their system, because itâs annoying to have something wrong every time we go. Some of the things that have been made incorrectly over the last few months: Bragels made without cream cheese, eggs, or meats entirely. Every time we order we specify we want these elements, yet they still get missed despite being in the recipe of a bragel. Blast energy drinks have been made with flat/non carbonated soda water, without boba, with the wrong syrup flavor, or just mixed incorrectly making them taste awful.
Again, not trying to be a Karen here. Just would love to see improvements made to this business as when our food is made correctly we love coming here and the people...
   Read moreWalked in to the Pendleton Biggby Coffee store as the only customer in the store and wasnât greeted but instead there was one girl sitting behind the counter on the floor on her cell phone and the other two were walking around headless like they didnât even know what they were supposed to do so after waiting patiently to be helped and nobody stepping up to help I walked out and was even trying to be nice enough to say âhave a good dayâ and they didnât even acknowledge that so itâs clear to say they need to do some new hiring here cause theyâre either not capable of working at a job that involves customers or theyâre just completely rude to everyone. Workplaces really shouldnât allow kids to have their phones on them while clocked in anyway even if theyâre not busy cause itâs a bad look on the business and hopefully these specific employees can understand the importance of being friendlier to strangers in life and grow up because nobody wants to be at work but itâs life and theyâve got a long road ahead of them but by their attitudes Iâm sure they...
