Subway — Restaurant in Pendleton

After having to fast nearly 18 hours for surgery, my hubby and I pulled in to the drive thru for something light. I order a rotisserie chicken with light mayo, lettuce tomato and a little salt and pepper. Hubby orders his sandwich. Neither one is super hard. Not even toasted. Guy takes a minute WRITING THIS DOWN. We wait. Get our sandwiches. Get back on the road, I pull mine out . no lettuce. No tomatoes. Not even salt and pepper. Regular mayo. Hubby got his order right. At least my no ice sweet tea was almost right... who doesn't put ice in a drink??? Sorry I couldn't give more stars because the kid acted like he was trying. But acting and actually doing are two different things. Not going back. Lesson learned to check my sandwich...

I’ve had multiple experiences at this location with young high schoolers goofing off more than working. I know it’s subway and not a 5 star restaurant, but the kids pay more attention to their friends and coworkers than the customers. I’ve been ignored while they finish up conversations, heard them curse and goof around with each other rather than build my sandwich. Today the girl making my sandwich coughed into her gloves multiple times and used her gloves to pull up her pants. She used the same gloves to continue making my sandwich. Management needs to have a conversation about professionalism and...

We got there a little after 8 pm. They close at 930. Some of the sandwich bar was put up because they were starting to close down an hour and a half before they actually close. Staff was not real pleasant sort of bothered that i was there. I ordered my sandwhich then asked if there was any soup left. I got a half a bowl of cold soup. Then went to get my drink, and the machine was broken down for the night. You could only get coke. I asked why they break it down an hour and half before they close he just said thats how they do it. What happened to subway it...
