Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pendleton

Would rate a zero if possible. We have had several bad experiences in the last 6 months, maybe longer, so we're no longer ordering from here. Website will say sizes or crust options are sold out (how does that happen so often), website will not let you place an order, you try to call the store and no one answers, food quality is awful. Most recently, we attempted to order several things online, but a lot of it was "sold out", we managed to piece together an order, used a coupon we had, the order was accepted. We get the notification the order was ready and head to the store to pick it up. The drive through window was wrapped around the building, we go in and it was chaos. Several customers already waiting, some complaining of being handed wrong orders, the staff running around in a panic, no one acknowledged us. About 20 more minutes of waiting and we were finally helped...one of our pizzas was "sold out" but we weren't notified and the second pizza was still cooking. Why then did we get told the order was ready? Why weren't we contacted? We had children waiting on food and no one contacted us about the order. We ended up just leaving and grabbing burgers because who has time to wait for subpar food and terrible service. It's a shame that this location doesn't seem to have their business in order. Highly dissatisfied, I called around 10:30PM asking to see if it was okay I made a medium sized order at that given time and what the specials were. The first time I called, there were three rings and then the phone was answered and they immediately hung up on me. This irritated me to a degree but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and call them again. The phone rang for SEVEN minutes before I hung up and decided to drive over. When I arrived, another customer had experienced the same problem like me and came in at the same time as well. After waiting around thirty-five minutes, I received my food and took it home. I woke up at 4AM to grueling stomach pains that were similar to being stabbed, I was throwing up and experiencing bowel issues. Not even an hour later, my fiancé woke up and had food poisoning just like me. It's very clear that this Pizza Hut does not care for their customers when it comes to hygiene...

Ordered pizza tonight at 6:10, go to the store because the app said your order is ready, they tell me they lost the order they don’t have it, but the app with their location says it’s ready. So now they have to remake it which is fine. Get home both pizzas are wrong so I go back tell them they need to remake them so they remade 1 the other they heated up the missing toppings and put it in a bowl for me to add myself. Then drive all the way back home and realized they forgot the cheese sauce that is $3 for 2. (Should have looked before I left but I was so pissed didn’t think about it). So I am not going back for that. And no one even apologized for this happening so after having to go back twice and sit there an wait 2hrs and $40 later I am finally back home with a half a** pizza that I have to add my...
