So we ordered food, the extremely rude lady totally input our order wrong, the food didn't look very appetizing or fresh, and they over charged us. When we tried to make it right the rude lady was over talking the manager and was asked several times to stop, go in back room, and let manager handle it. She continued to argue and call us wrong. The manager wanted to refund 56.00 to our card and re ring up the 46.00 order. This making funds not available due to waiting period. We couldn't do that so we were forced to decline her offer. I worked a long day as did my husband and we were only getting simple foot longs at that.
