So they call places like this "fast food" more like inconvenience food! So for starters I went on lunch at 1130am went there to find all the doors locked no way I could use my lunch break to sit in a busy drive thru line.
Part two: wife suggest I pick up something for the house for dinner after work. I have three kids, myself and wife. I ordered via the app and selected pick in store.
Walk up to the door and it's locked but there was people in the dining room and when what appears to be an employee said "I think the our Inside is closed" I said well I selected pick up in store and walked right past him.
While in the store there was two female workers working, I stood there with my phone in my hand for over 4 minutes I know this because I timed it with the timer app on my phone. The whole time the one girl constantly walked past me, no greeting, no talking whatsoever completely was oblivious to me being there.
Two other men walked in after me they was at least talking to one another so you would think that would yield the worker to acknowledge one of us NOPE!
She bagged up my order and I said I'll move to the side to check my order. She then announced to the store very loud "I'm going on break"
Now a $50 order I'm checking it so I don't have to come back, sure enough my order was missing 2 10 piece nuggets and fries.
I went back to the counter thw other girl acknowledged me faster and I looked at the receipt and said what I was missing and she said you're probably missing a coke too because the coca cola is out. I said well the other girl never told me that and I have all my drinks so your guess as good as mine as to what she poured me.
Based on others reviews the lack of effort or care or quality control is bare bones. With the amount of time it took I should not have been missing anything.
It's quiet sad this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience here. This store needs a fast life changing shift in the staff a complete gut job because no one gives a darn about the job they do.
I would really like a refund but even that is like...
Read moreI am not one to ever say something at any restaurant, fast food or fancy. But what I just experienced was one of THE worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.
My husband and I were stopping for a bite to eat and a restroom break while driving our U-Haul truck (I am 7 months pregnant, so it was getting urgent quickly). Once relieved, we stood for a few minutes at the counter, unaware of anything amiss, just waiting patiently for someone to come to the counter. Then, the manager saw us there and proceeded to inform us, in not-so-nice tones, that the dining room and counter is CLOSED. We said that we didn’t realize, and she came back with the snarky remark of “see the rock in the door propping it open? That means the dining room is closed.” The door was apparently propped open rather than unlocked because there was a worker outside on their break (not the issue), though we didn’t even see it as it was a dark-colored rock against a dark door frame; also, I wasn’t really looking towards my feet, I was looking towards the door handle. We didn’t try any other entrance door or notice it being locked because the closest door to our truck was the one propped open, giving us the impression that the dining room was open.
We felt terrible after realizing that we potentially missed something, but I looked around and didn’t see any signage indicating that the dining room was closed. As mentioned before, we were driving a U-Haul truck so it’s not as simple as jumping in an easily-maneuvered car and going through the drive thru. The rudeness of the manager was completely unwarranted, and I would not recommend this location to anyone, if for no other reason than that it would be supporting this manager by patronizing this particular location.
We did not think we were entitled to service, and would’ve immediately left and found another place for food once informed that they were closed, but we were definitely taken off-guard due to the events leading up to her utter lack of professionalism...
Read moreI wish I could give this Wendy’s 0 stars! This is by far the worst Wendy’s in the city of Pittsburgh. I went there last night 1-6-2019 around 7pm. I placed my order at the drive thru. I order two JBC meals, small chili, chives and sour cream baked potato, and a Asiago Chicken sandwich. The guy at the first window was sitting down on a stool with another guy standing there talking to him, no greetings, at the second window the boy looked like he did not want to be there. He gave me my bags I asked for chili sauce he handed it to me. I pulled off something told me to park and check my bags yup they messed up my order no chili (but gave me chili sauce when asked) and no Asiago Chickdn sandwich. I go inside with my receipt. There was about 5 kids sitting in the dining area with no food chatting it up with one of the employees, two was sitting on the table loud talking and laughing. I get to the counter tell what was my issue the boy just took my receipt without saying anything the other guy standing there says “I’ll take care of you and asked who made my order at drive thru”...I wait about 10 minutes to get my order while waiting the one guy was giving a friend free food, burgers, fries, nuggets and cookies right in front of me without hiding it. The manager she’s staying right there it’s hard to believe she did not see what was going on. The workers was back there throwing stuff at each other, laughing, joking around like there wasn’t a line wrapped almost around the building. I’m done with this Wendy’s. The new Rally’s will be getting my business once they open in the spring/summer. Oh yeah that JBC no tomato and one piece of bacon they split into two pieces and food was lukewarm probably since I had to wait for my food they forgot to give me. I’m done with...
