McDonald's — Restaurant in Penn Township

I typically drive past this McDonald’s to go to the one located on Carlisle. But I had a long day at work so I did not feel like driving to that one. So I had to settle for the McDonald’s on Baltimore st. Mind you I have not eaten all day and was in the mood for something quick and fast. The line and service was anything but that. The line was atrocious and moving slow. The person on the speaker had a slight attitude when my order was nothing but simple and when I got to the speaker I knew exactly what I wanted a chicken Big Mac,Large fry, Large Sweet tea. so I was confused on where the attitude was coming from and the people at the window seem a little agitated as well reason unknown. Mind you like I said I haven’t eaten all day I got home around 9pm from McDonald’s and completely demolished the food . come a few hours into the night around 3am I am throwing up and constantly having to use the bathroom. Come to find out something was completely off about that chicken Big Mac. I wish I wouldn’t have eaten so fast so I could take a few pictures. I get a lot of sauce and toppings on my sandwiches I may not have seen it wasn’t cooked all the way. Which I shouldn’t have to do it was so busy I guess they were rushing the food like i said I usually drive past this location to go to the next and the one day I don’t do so look what it cost me. Now I have to miss a day or two from work and be miserable just because the neglect these employees have towards serving food to customers. I would never go back to this McDonald’s location even if everywhere else was shut down and this was the only food place open I would speed in the opposite direction no hesitation. And quite frankly I think I am done with McDonald’s in all this really scarred me and I usually do not take time to write reviews let alone leave bad ones but this McDonald’s location overall ? Needs to be evaluated from the workers work ethics, the food that is being served as well as the managers that...

Ordered 2 bacon quarter pounders didn’t have any bacon on them so I ask for them to remake it and the manager even said you need a remake and I said yes. So I already started eating one and she gave them back and just added bacon. That being said that food contamination your suppose to remake the sandwich regardless to satisfy the customer and I’m disgusted with the experience I just had here. Any employee touching food that was handed to a customer is nasty and I hope that they change their gloves and wash their hands. I hope corporate sees this and has food and safety come to re train the employees here. It’s not hard I’ve worked fast food before. The employees are also very rude and don’t seem like they want to work. I expect to be respected as I am a customer and giving business. Hopefully this changes something as this isn’t something to be just glanced over. Also the 2 large fries we order were not full at all and cold. We did get 2 small fries since I did mention something to the one lady working the register. The bacon was not fresh and was cold as well. I have given this McDonalds too many chances. Something seriously needs to be done here. There were other customers complaining about the fries not being filled as well. I would give zeros...

McDonald’s

To all those who venture towards the land known as south Hanover with a hankering for hamburger. This specific palace of patties is truly one of a kind.

After coming off a cold, tank running a bit low, I began to crave a burger from what is not my usual spot for food. What started as a mere craving turned into one of the single greatest fast food experiences at McDonald’s I could’ve ever asked for.

I placed my mobile app order and entered the drive through line. When I reached the speaker my order was confirmed and then | I was asked if I would “like to change anything.” | this was huge because during my order placement I forgot to take of some ingredients that don’t sit well with my pallet. Would’ve really ruined the night for the young man.

After making the necessary changes, courtesy of the young lady behind the speaker, I picked up my order from a thorough yet not overbearing young man who made sure I had everything I needed.

I ordered a quarter pounder meal but as I drove away I was looking for my chicken sandwich because I could’ve sworn I just left a Chick-fil-A drive through. Great stuff south Hanover...
