My wife and I dined at Di Paolo's last night for the first time and have to say, the food is phenomenal. If you love true Italian food and heaping servings of it, you need to visit here.
For one thing, you get fresh bread and antipasto out of the gate, both of which were fantastic. The antipasto must have been well over a pound's worth of food, and the bread was delicious.
We had some drinks from the bar which were great and served up fast (much like everything else), and our server was one of the best I ever had. Kicking myself for forgetting his name now but the gentleman who took care of us couldn't have been more accommodating and we never had to wait long to get anything we needed. Pleasant and helpful all night.
We ordered one app, cheesesteak egg rolls, which was again a huge serving. Enough for 3-4 people no doubt. Served with a side of French fries that were as good as the egg rolls themselves. The Sriracha they came with was just the right amount of spice.
On to the main course. I had the 16oz veal chop Parm, my wife the alla pescatore (jumbo lump crab, jumbo shrimp, and scallops).
Both dishes were humongous; her pasta piled up about half a foot over her plate. No shortage of any seafood in it and she said it was perfect.
My veal chop was the best I have ever had. Perfectly crisp breading, tender all over, with thick and tasty mozzarella draped all over. The thing was massive and so incredibly good, but for the first time in years, I couldn't finish everything! Packed half of it home along with a good portion of the side pasta it comes with; ricotta gnocchi which says it is "house" and I couldn't possibly argue about it being homemade. It was so fresh, soft, and full of flavor. The red sauce was equally tasty, not too sweet but just right.
The food was hot when it arrived, and each dish was served with the right timing in between. They're clearly paying attention to your pacing, not just throwing food at you as fast as they can.
The only thing I could say as a suggestion, which doesn't really matter because even I didn't end up with room for it, but the bulk of the desserts are some premade, delivered sorts that aren't bad by any means but they don't stack up to the quality of the rest of the menu here. Again, hardly a negative as even I ran out of room to really finish a dessert, so it may not be worth their bother if it keeps the quality of the rest of the menu so good. I'm just a sucker for sweets!
The restaurant itself is a pretty sizeable place with some separate dining areas. We were in the one by the bar which itself is a nice size and looks like a good spot to swing in for a night cap or grabbing some cocktails with friends.
All in all, highly, highly recommend Di Paolo's. Couldn't have left their more satisfied and looking forward to our massive amount...

I have seen a lot of buzz about this place on social media and FB. They have great specials. People said their portions are awesome and food is terrific.
They were not lying!
Took about 55 min to get there. Made a reservation on line before just in case.
We were greeted with a smile and immediately were seated. We had a long drive so we knew what we wanted to order.
We got from the $29.99 special - Chicken Cutlet Parmesan and Gnocchi specials. We got our tomato pie and bread with a wedge salad (bacon/blue cheese) and Italian wedding soup.
Everything was hot and flavorful. Didn't need to add salt! (some places hold off on the salt now a days). The Chicken Parm finally someone didn't pound the crap out of it to paper thin! It was a perfect thickness, juicy and tender! Best Chicken Parm I have had in years! (except for my own lol!)
The "gravy" as I call it, true Italian. The Gnocchi came with meatballs, that made me feel like I was at my grandma's in Brooklyn!
As time passed and we were eating this delicious meal, the wait staff was extremely attentive and happy! This is a family run business and you can tell.
We had the absolute pleasure to meet some of the relatives and family who work there and have other businesses in the neighborhood. I swear we got adopted by them that evening haha!
They treated us like Family! We were talking about our kids and exchanged photos (via cell lol)- was a great time!
The deserts were so good! The Tiramisu was made in house and was delicious. The Rum cake, well you can get drunk from it haha!
We also had a couple of their drink specials, also made to perfection.
We were there legit - 2-3 hours. When is the last time you spent that much time enjoying company and food at a restaurant? I can't remember.
We left with a bag full of leftovers, a full belly and new friends!
It's a hike to get there, but trust me. It's worth the wait!
We will be back to try their buffet! I wish I could...

Today I was treated to a birthday lunch at Di Paolo’s Restaurant, and let me tell you—what an amazing experience! From start to finish, everything was top-tier.
I ordered the strawberry spinach salad, butterflied shrimp with fries, and for dessert, the unforgettable crème brûlée. Listen! The portions were generous, the flavors were beautifully balanced, and each dish left me satisfied and smiling. The salad alone felt like a treat, but that crème brûlée? Out of this world. I’m still thinking about it!
Here’s the kicker—our meals were part of a $20 special! For that quality and quantity? Unbeatable.
A big shoutout to our lovely waitress, Ms. Vanessa, who was warm, kind, and very accommodating. My friend also recognized Mr. Ari, a waiter who had served her previously. Not only did he remember her, but he took the time to stop by our table and greet us. That kind of genuine hospitality really made our visit feel personal and welcoming.
Di Paolo’s has officially become one of my favorite places to dine. Big love to the chefs—chef’s kiss! 👨🍳💋
A Perfect Anniversary Dinner Experience! For our anniversary, 5/17/25 we tried a new restaurant that came highly recommended—and it did not disappoint. This popular spot is well-known for its high-quality food, inviting atmosphere, and standout specials.
The interior was elegant and intimate, with a touch of upscale charm. The hostess was friendly and welcoming, and we were seated at our reserved table in less than two minutes.
Our waiter, Craig, was excellent—friendly, well-mannered, humorous, attentive, and prompt with our meal.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. He ordered the Burrata Cheese Ravioli, and I had the Shrimp Scampi. The presentation and generous portions were impressive. The quality of our food was authentic and exquisitely flavorful!
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this establishment. Everything went perfectly on our first visit, and we look forward...
