This is one of the worst places to eat or be waited on. It does not matter if you go through drive thru or go inside. Management is laughable as is most of the staff.They come off with the attitude of not wanting to be there,not wanting you there,not wanting to be bothered and it is offensive and redundant,I never told you to work there,yet your work ethic shows why you work there. One day I went there at 2:50p to get my son a plain hamburger,small fry,sweet tea. Sounds simple yes?- no it was an ordeal. I got in drive thru line, didn't make it to the speaker to order until 3:07p,the lady didn't acknowledge me until 3:11- I said 'hello..hello,is this working?' thinking oh that's why line is crazy gotta order at window so I'm waiting to move then at 3:11 "can I take your order" -I said "oh I thought it was broken I didn't get an answer before",nothing cool placed order. I paid at 3:18 read receipt.Man I get there, get food/tea something said check it. They gave him a burger with works,fries were cold and the tea had an after taste to it. I'm ticked off I waited almost a half hour for this,park go in there is a line of dt ppl returning cold nuggets,cold fries and the manager is back there cursing " I ain't got time for this BS-now who the f didn't cook that chicken- why the f the fries cold drop some f-ing fries...' well found out that they didn't clean out the bucket where they make the tea or didn't rinse out container b4 pouring in new tea(another customer complained about the tea manager found out that boy didn't do ALL was supposed to do told Craig(?)dump n make more)- told my son in sorry I left our food and drink on counter and left. I would find no competency here. Now we go to the one downtown Camden- good food,good service, personable ppl who take pride in themselves and their job. The staff and owners need to take notes on running a good establishment. The only reason they get away with so much is bc they're on the highway n most ppl won't come back if their order is wrong. Tonight 6/9 but arrived on 6/8 @ 11:15pm been waiting in drive thru line forever, it's now 12:32am and there's still 6 cars ahead of me. I was already at the speaker once but after sitting there for at least 20 after somebody told me over the speaker, "just one second", then silence for 20 minutes, so I drive up to the window and they're nobody@ the first or second windows but at least 3 cars seemingly ordered and are waiting at the windows so I place an order in the app hoping that I can "skip the line" (there actually a large sign here that reads this outside this building) the app let's me order what I want despite screwwing with me about a deal I was trying to use and having to wait 10 minutes to pick it again, and checking out, but only when I select the "I'm here" button I can't proceed because suddenly curbside no longer available, neither is in store, leaving my only option the drive thru which now has a line around the building but I painfully re-enter the back of the line and write this review, and hopefully before the date change again, I'll be able to get to the speaker and give the person my order code. It's now 12:47 am and still 5 cars ahead of me, less then one car every 20 minutes, the price of gas is nuts too, I can't do this anymore with having an aneurysm. 5/30/21 at 11.30 pm I couldn't order takeout by going inside because the doors were locked and the line for drive thru was 10 cars waiting to order. Im writing this as I'm waiting in line that doesn't seem to be moving fast as I've crept up only two spots in 25 minutes and that's because two vehicles left the line. Edit) since the line is so long I can see into the restaurant, and I what I see is the employees just standing around casually chatting with each other, not working. I've moved up 2 more spots, but again only because two more people have up and left. I'm in line for over 30 minutes and haven't se en anyone...
Today I purchased food from this location as under 4 mac-chicken, 10pcs chicken nuggets, one mango and pineapple smoothie, one honey mustard sauge and a medium fries. They put the food in a bag and handed to me I did not look at inside the bag. As I come to my distinction and looked inside I did not find smoothies. I didn’t look in detailed and made a call to them for refund, a lady said I got to be physically present there. I went, told what was wrong, the lady I spoke was kind o hesitating to trust me. Some how trusted. Again, I asked for smoothies that I paid for, not the refund. I was given a cup of smoothies which is 3/4 filled. I paid for full cup and I was given 3/4 that is fine. I came back. Now, it is is time to eat. I opened the bag and took out chicken nuggets and I found no honey mustard sausage. I paid for it and didn’t get it. It is simple, they have a tape which they can roll down and look at it what they have put inside the bag. If they don’t trust me that is fine bcoz the world is not trust worthy. But, they should trust the survalance system...
