I am not the one to complain even if there is an issue, if customer service fixes it correctly.
I ordered from Domino's this evening we recieved credit because my last order(s) are always burnt and for once I decided to say something about it ..appreciating that courtesy that was extended then. I paid online tonight the driver gets here doesn't call she's outside for I don't know how long talking to the kids problem 1 my food is cold now. Then she asks for the total which was already paid online my son is trying to be chivalrous for me and pays again before I can tell him that I paid online which the driver should already know. She drove off with the money I called immediately while she was still on the street she never came back for over 2 hours and the manager told me there was nothing more he can do he cant control what she does, she doesn't really do good anyway and she probly won't be there much longer.
I don't want her job I just wanted my entire meal and to not double pay and double tip. Also, they forgot the drink ...of course! When he says there's nothing else I can do ..I said there's always something more you can do if you care. You haven't offered me anything not even a real apology and now you're being sarcastic with me. WHY! He told me can offer me a credit and that he needed to get back to his job and don't tell him how to do his.. but I'm the customer where does the review and the critique rightfully come from and I said it in the kindest way. At that point I had every right to be annoyed where is my money and where is my drink that I ordered almost 4 hours ago at this point. Manager Dale. Should have got cursed out but him being of poor character doesn't compromise mine lol
The girl who answered was very kind and understanding maybe she should be the manager. Still waiting on my child's money and the rest...
   Read moreWhomever doing delivery and work at the counter on September 30, 2020 is not professional. My coworker and I order Pizza and cheesy bread at 9 P.M. for delivery. We were told that the order will be around 40 minute. We told our security person to expect the delivery. At 10:15 P.M., we call the store back since we have not hear any call about our order. The same person answer the call as we ordered. We ask him about our order that never come. His first response was "the driver having issue". So we ask him again what kind of issue that took him long to get to our place? Was he lost? Did he don't know how to get to our place? His response was "Oh your work place is big, he did not know where to go". The he said that let me send the order again. So we ask him, if he never send the order out, but he kept telling us that the driver did not know where to go and no phone number attached (he add no phone number as an excuse). So we ask do we have to wait for the delivery person at the parking lot for 40 minute? I don't understand, first the store should have notify us, secondly, today is year 2020 where cell phone is available and unlimited minute talk. Driver could have notify store if he or she did not have our phone number. Driver could have come to our entrance, which security is always available. Store could have call us and let us know that there is a delay with the delivery as soon as the driver return to the store. We cancel the order to end the conversation, and ask for return to the credit card. This is very disappointing. Poor customer service and yet why the man on the phone have to lie? I hope this issue...
   Read moreTerrible! Ordered food at 12:26 for delivery to my job. Well at 1:20 its still not here so I called and got very rude service. I was told it was under the heater and would be coming soon, I said well its been an hour now I'm concerned of its quality - the man said it would be on its way and hung up on me. So I waited until 2am because it still hasn't arrived and the online tracker had been on the quality check for over an hour. I call again and the rude man on the phone said they came to my job and knocked on the door and no one answered (there is a door bell and a phone which they didn't use...) so they left. I said OK well that makes no sense since other people at my job ordered right before me and got their food with no issues. So he said he would refund my money, I said OK am i still getting my food I'm at work I ordered two hours ago and I'm starving - the man said no and proceeded to hang up on me.. again. NOT...
