Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pennsville Township

The staff has given me a bagel with less than a tea spoon of cream cheese now. The first time I figured it was a mistake however for it to happen a second time I believe a staff member is doing it intentionally. Today I decided to return the bagel and show it to the manager. There was three staff members working 2 seemed shocked/ amused by the preparation of the food, one hide away, probably for the obvious reason. Because they have staff that tamper with the food and refuse to make the food correctly I would suggest people in the area eat elsewhere. If it’s happened to me personally twice and I only eat at this place occasionally I imagine they tamper with other customers food as well. I do believe this is a form of stealing from the customers considering they are intentionally not making food correctly and I am not getting what I am paying for. (Obviously people are not going to eat a bagel made this way.) it’s a waste…This is exactly what the bagel has looked like 2 out of the last three times I’ve visited this specific location. I stop here on Sunday mornings, same people and the only one actually working is the small Indian guy. All the girls there stand around and gossip while he runs around doing everything. Stopped in this (Monday) morning and I was only behind one car in the drive thru. The girl there was talking to the person in the vehicle for a few minutes. Looked at me and the 2 cars behind me now and continued talking. I thought that person may have been waiting for food…nope. They finally left. I pull up and she and the 3 other girls are standing there talking for a few minutes. I only ordered an iced coffee. She finally stops talking and comes to me and says “I’m sorry we were talking about Christmas and they distracted me and made me forget I had a customer.” These are some of the same girls that are there on Sunday. This is truly the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The work ethic is the worst. They really need to get rid of these girls...

Last month I stopped in a get a breakfast sandwich. It was disgusting . the sausage was clearly old and my bread was cold. I let that go because things happen. Yesterday, I stopped in and got a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Now before I continue let me just say that I have been in the restaurant business for 20 years. I know for a fact that my bagel was never toasted but stuck in the microwave. It was in there so long that most of it was rock hard. When I bit it it was llike biting a piece of beef jerky!!!!!. I even banged it on the windsheid !!!!!... Im done with your company...I refuse to spend any more money on disgusting food that I can't even eat. Your managers need to be fired for training your employees to serve such nastiness. .. I expect that kind of food when I pay $1 not when I pay $4 for a sandwich and $3 for a bagel.
