Arby's — Restaurant in Pennsylvania

This Arby's has been around for a long time. When I was still working I used to treat myself on occasion to two classic Arby's roast beef sandwiches for lunch. Years later a friend and I met here weekly for dinner for some time. We got to know the manager and the associates really well. They told us the owner was going to do a major remodel of the building. But it never happened. My friend and I stopped meeting here because he moved to another city but he'd ask if they ever did anything to the Arby's and I'd say, not yet. Now I saw in the newspaper they are going to build a new Arby's nearby. My wife and I stopped in today just for a change of menu and we enjoyed our sandwiches just like the old days. I sure hope the owners follow through with rebuilding as this poor old building has seen better days. They were fairly busy inside and the drive-thru was just as busy. Always good customer service and always have the orders 100% correct. I will mention one thing that I feel goes un-noticed is the cleanliness of the restroom facilities. Arbys at this location, does an excellent job of ensuring that the cleanliness of restaurant extends passed the lobby and into the restrooms. It is always clean. If you have ever visited a restaurant that dowant have a clean restroom, then you know how important it is to finally step into a clean restroom at an eatery. I feel that this location doesnt go out of their way to go above and beyond, but that is because at some point since they have been at that location, they went above and beyond and now have a great management staff that ensures every little detail of a customers experience is done properly. The staff always seems to enjoy their jobs, it is always clean, and the customer service is out of this world great. If I could rate a negative one I would. Orders are NEVER right. We have slowly stopped going here over the last couple of years because it keeps going downhill. I just went there after an 8 month hiatus to see if it had improved. It definitely did not. In fact, not only did they not get my order right but then had the audacity to not apologize, become belligerent about me not carrying in my receipt(I was the only person there in the 10 minutes it took for my food to come), then the snarky little idiot behind the counter laughed when I said I did not want anything from them except what I ordered.
