Nick's Inn 62 Restaurant and Tavern — Restaurant in Pennsylvania

I called in a to-go order. When I arrived a bit early, I ran into a friend preparing to order supper. I asked to eat my to-go order with my friend. The waitress said I was not ALLOWED to eat with my friend because of what I ordered. My to-go order was a kids burger and fries. I was instructed I had to take it ‘outside to eat’ or she would cancel my order. An adult is not permitted to eat a kids burger, under any circumstances.. Consequently I had the (dis)pleasure of watching my friend eat supper. After we caught up and they ate dinner , I went down the road to The Keg and finally had a burger. We have come here often and also had family dinners here. The food is good and the service was always good. Tonight my husband and I went for fish dinners. We sat at an open table, the waitress brought our menus. We were discussing how much we like it there, then suddenly the busboy comes up and tells us we have to give up our table for a party of five. I looked in confusion at our waitress and she just stared at us. We got up and left. We were not going to stand there waiting for another table after this embarrassing situation. Hopefully you have time to waste. Went for lunch with four people, all 4 ordered daily special. After 40 minutes no food.This was 4th time it happened. Three previous times Nick ( owner) boxed it to go and felt he was wonderful. I finally asked last time how could you not serve daily special in 10 to 15 minutes and his (Nick) response was go to McDonalds if you wanted fast food.
