Drinks were great as usual… Not so happy with the service.. Been to different starbucks stores and as you enter the store they will greet you and ask how may I may help you. I ordered Sunday and 30’minutes until closing… I understand the time but the one at the cashier.. I was expecting her to like greet or ask If I’m ready to order.. you know usual things to say to a customer… But nothing… So I just ordered and wait… I’m waiting for my name to be called. So while waiting I called my sister, checking all the tumblers.waiting like 5-6 mins something not that long…but nothing until I just saw my order at the counter and it was ready. I was expecting like.. Coffee for (name) ready… But nothing.. No thank you and have a nice night blah blah… I’m not asking for a great service and maybe they’re just tired… or what More power to starbucks but more training...
Read moreI ordered a cappuccino and I’ve been noticing maybe the past year or so it’s not foamy at all, it’s all mixed together, tastes the same as a latte. It’s also way too hot it shouldn’t be burning your tongue when you get it. Maybe the heat is affecting the foam? Or just not taking the time to foam it? Its only a warm milky taste. No coffee or espresso taste. I used to order my lattes topped off with black coffee to get a coffee taste. It should be better than this, it says Starbucks on the door, which always meant a reliable coffee drink. It’s been slow service here, but today was quick. Read moreI have to shout out to this morning crew of 4/18/19 because I come everyday for a blonde roast ice cude and sometimes a blueberry muffin. Today, my coffee was different so I turned around and went back to ask for a different one. These girls went out of their way!!! They had me taste what was left of that batch to see if it was in fact that coffee then brewed a new one because it was almost gone and not up to their standards! I did NOT go there expecting this at all! then a next one is on us card came out with my new coffee and it was a Venti!! I can only say these girls are one of the best parts of my morning. Thank you thank you so much guys!!! I only wish more of these businesses would take their customer service lessons from y'all!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!...
