One Hot Cookie — Restaurant in Hermitage

The place was nice, the servers were nice but the cookies were not good. The vanilla base cookie was soft but the other ones (chocolate chip and chocolate) were as hard as rocks. Most of the cookies we chose had the chocolate cookie base and they were almost too hard to eat. We took them home to cut up to share and we almost couldn't get a knife through them. For the monster cookie it was so hard all the frosting came out the sides. Way too much frosting especially the vanilla and I love super sweet things. The cookies were good and well prepared. I was not pleased with the service. After I paid and left a tip I asked that my cookies were boxed separate. The young lady that took my order slammed down the box and then got containers for my cookies. She did not seem pleased. There was only one other costumer in the store and he was in no hurry. I will not return to this business. I paid $15 for 3 cookies and requested separate boxes before they were even prepared. I've been to the Boardman location and they're great, I was so excited for this location. Finally got around to trying it today. Cookies were hard and stale, frosting was not mixed and had chunks of butter, there was no taste, only nauseatingly sweet... you can get better quality at Giant Eagle bakery for $3. Definitely not worth $5-$6/cookie. Only drinks avaliable were the dirty sodas, which run $6-$10/drink. Ridiculously overpriced for what...
