In a hurry, I ordered two tacos to go, intending to eat them later. However, I declined the shells to avoid them becoming slimy after sitting. In retrospect, I should have ordered them save the restaurant some money. The front line Associates were friendly were fantastic to the customers at the 3362 E State Street Hermitage, Pennsylvania 16148 location. - until a female manager came out of the back confronted and belittled her associate publicly, demanding that I order a small bowl instead. I failed to comprehend the significance of ordering a bowl, as two tacos are essentially less product contained than inside of a bowl. Nevertheless, I will now order the shells and discard them, as I find this practice wasteful. I did not keep my receipt, but my bill was five dollars and some change for a smaller portion of food than in a small bowl. I am curious as to how much a small bowl cost that caused tge manager to throw a tantrum publicly.
Furthermore, I find the manager’s behavior towards her associates and myself along with the customer behind me, whom liked what I ordered and ordered the same thing. This manager Caused the customer behind me change her order to avoid being Talked down to by this manager - utterly disrespectful and inappropriate. Her demeanor and her presence is an embarrassment to your establishment. This was about 1 PM on Tuesday June 24- I have dark hair and a purple sweater. I would love for you to watch this video to see how your establishment is being...
Read moreI asked my wife where she'd like to eat tonight and gave her three options. She chose here. When we arrived there were 4 people in line. Three were together and 1 solo. Four were working. We waited and waited and waited. They finally finished with the first group of three and I thought, good now we'll start to move, get the lady before us and then us. Wrong. They were busy doing call in and online orders. Finally the lady in front of us was waited on and in the mean time two of the workers disappeared to the back. While waiting I noticed their sign, "Do to the national worker shortage please be patient" or something to that effect. And the wait continues. Another couple comes in behind us in line. Finally it's our turn. We are asked what we want and my wife says, "a little bowl and a big bowl. He gets two bowls and goes to the back. He finally returns and we make the slow process of placing our order and getting it filled. In the mean time more customers arrive. After we finally get rung out we sit down to a dirty table that we have to clean off before eating. As we eat, more customers arrive. Then three people get out of line and leave. By the time we finished eating six people have walked out due to the slowness. I'm not sure if this can be attributed to worker shortage or slow workers but it will be a long while before I attempt to...
Read moreI tried 2 different restaurants in 2 days and I have to say this was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had in a long time. A co worker and myself decided to get lunch for work and chose Hot Head Burritos, that was a BIG mistake. I told him about the other location I went to yesterday which is much like this place and he recommended we try Hot Head Burritos. I never had it before so I though, why not. I looked at the menu and photos of their food online and we both agreed on the same items (burrito and nachos). Because of the other place I went the day before I though it shouldn't be much different. Boy was I wrong!!! When the driver delivered our food I couldn't believe how small the bag was. I pulled out our food couldn't believe what I was seeing. I looked at him and the look on his face said it all. We paid $34 for two kids meals with no drinks. I don't go around writing bad reviews just because but this was warranted. I don't know if it was the location itself or the employees but I will NEVER ORDER THERE...
