Hardee’s — Restaurant in Pensacola

I don't normally post bad reviews. But this morning was over the top. I love Hardee's breakfast. I recently moved to Pensacola, and this store is right around the corner from my home. It has taken about the last 4 trips to do this. I have yet to have a good experience at this location. I believe every employee, from top to bottom needs to go to another store and be retrained. Not friendly at all. I myself only order the loaded omelet biscuit meal. It's my favorite. Then, if I'm taking breakfast for the office, I order sausage, egg & cheese biscuits. I ordered in the drive thru, #8 with oj & a total of 6 SE+C biscuits. She said she would have my total at the window. I pulled around and she hands me a small bag and & thanked me. I looked in the bag, it had my hashbrowns and 2 biscuits. I asked her where the rest of my order was, she said pull up and we will bring it out to you. 10 mins I sat there. I shut my car off & went inside. Had to stand there and wait for 5 more biscuits to be made and get my OJ. I guess she was going to just let me sit out there. Caused me to be late for work and she never said a word. When I got to work, I handed everyone their biscuits, sat down to eat mine, and guess what it was, NOT WHAT I ORDERED. It was just another sausage egg & cheese biscuit. Every employee at this location needs to be replaced. I have never had an issue with any other Hardee's location. There is no excuse for this.....Just plain...

When this first opened it seemed like the service and product were much better. The 2nd to last time I went in and ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and it had like 4-5 mushrooms on it. I had no idea the bun was sweet because I am normally choked out by the mushroomy goodness of the burger. I thought it a fluke and went inside the establishment my next visit. I spoke to the manager in a by the way, casual way asking her if they changed the policy on the amount of mushrooms. She replied they used a cup for measuring ... I said " but 4 mushrooms? Does that sound right? " She replied that it did. I eyed her suspiciously. My eyes swept up to the picture of the mushroom swiss burger on the menu behind her. You can see the avalanche of mushroomy goodness, oozing off the bigger than life picture of a yummy burger. Lies, I thought... I told her that if that were the case I wouldn't want it (politely) and instead ordered some fries and left. Hoping to make a point, probably didn't. Also, the last few times I went to score the awesome steak biscuit deal they have at breakfast. I was extremely put off by the quality of the biscuit. I swear it was rubbery hard like a McDonald's biscuit. Not the buttery soft flaky biscuit that I am used to from a Hardee's. I don't normally rate any fast food places but I had to say something this time! I went through the drive thru and ordered a Famous Star burger combo. According to the description from Hardees, our Famous Star® features a Quarter Pound 100% Angus beef patty topped with melted American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sliced onions, dill pickles, Special Sauce, and mayonnaise on a perfectly toasted potato bun. I asked for the cheese to be left off and to add extra pickles. I also ordered a Hardee's Mushroom and Swiss combo as a double meaning 2 patties. Notice that I paid for exactly what I ordered. What I got was a sandwich with no cheese which was correct and extra pickles which was also accurate yet there was NO PATTY as in NO MEAT AT ALL. As for the Mushroom and Swiss you will notice from the other photo that it came with only 1 PATTY and not the 2 PATTIES that I ordered and paid for! I won't be going to this place anytime in the...
